"Very relaxing, clean and short walk to beach. Definitely will be back. - Very clean and a great location. It was stocked with all things necessary to just relax. Would drive the extra 5 minutes to Walmart for all your personal needs though. Pool area was well kept. We will definitely be back.
If you can’t do a lot of steps or have small children or beach wagons I would suggest crossing street from lobby and using their beach entrance. My opinion it would be a lot easier but with saying that, their pier to beach is very nice."

"Other then the guest bathroom shower not draining and being able to hear everything in the guest room our stay was great! Easy access to the beach from the condo. The tiki bar was probably our favorite!"

"The place is very nice and also is in a very nice location. The drawer’s were a little dirty had hair and debris in them other than that everything went well. Everything was explained very well and had no other problems. I would definitely recommend this place."

"This is a GREAT location in Miramar Beach.
Things we enjoyed: 3rd floor unit was great. Kitchen is well-equipped. Very clean unit with nice showers and upgrades. Washer and dryer in unit. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Loved the sky bridge to beach, the tiki bar next to the beach was awesome for sitting in the shade with a tropical cocktail and looking at the ocean. Having the 2 chair service with an umbrella included was great, the sun is intense. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping. Overall, we really liked it!
Considerations: only 2 dishwasher tablets were provided, bring more if you need them. Bring a blanket if you are cold-natured like me, there were no extra blankets in the unit."

"Very nice condo! Decorated very cute and beachy. - The condo was great and beds were comfy! The overall complex is older and could use some updates but it was good. Easy walk across the street or walkway to beach. The sand and water are beautiful!! But lots and lots of people on the beach. Baytown Wharf in Miramar is a very close drive and super cute! Worth going to and watching fireworks on Wednesday nights. Lots of traffic driving to Destin or Seaside but are cute areas."

"Yes - Prior to booking this reservation the reviews were not good, but in spite of that we booked so glad we did The Condo was absolutely amazing to locations of beach just steps away, stores, food etc. Also the Condo was clean updated and bathrooms was great looked luxury. We loved patio with views of gulf. Loved having 2 loungers & umbrella at the beach. Also appreciated being able to cook in with fully functional kitchen. Then having Access to washer and dryer in the unit made it possible not to travel home with sand filled clothes & towels. I will DEFINITELY be booking again in the future.
Restaurant on site served subpar food for price we paid, never again. Overall the stay was awesome. Last thing, the last night we went to The Track amusement park (6 miles away) it was great for entire family. Real joy allowed early check in , all information sent timely. Every time i called their response was immediate. THANK YOU VRBO/REAL-JOY

"Rental company - The only problem we had was on our last day, evening time someone knocked on the door, then knew the door code and walked in. Didn’t say who he was or what he wanted, just said oh I’m sorry didn’t know someone staying here. We contacted the rental company and said it was one of their own. Just find it worrisome that someone just came on in, and from a rental company who should have known someone was staying there."

"The apt is cute and well equipped. The beds are comfortable but note that the master bedroom is VERY BRIGHT, so bring you eyes cover otherwise you will be waking up everyday at sunrise. The building is right accross the beach, but it is very old. There is a serious issue with the elevators, there was aways a line of people waiting for one. The biggest issue that we faced when at the public areas of the building (and this is not RealJoy’s fault) is that NO ONE IS WEARING A MASK. Overall good property."

"This place was SO cute! It was clean and decorated very well which gave the perfect beach feel. It’s spacious and the layout is very comfortable. Wasn’t directly beachfront but the amenities of the resort made it well worth it. Only complaint is there are no fans for circulating the air in the unit, but for the most part the temperature was comfortable enough. My partner and I loved the location and the overall quality of our stay. Would recommend!"

"We had a fantastic time at this condo! The unit was very clean, well decorated, and in a great location. There was plenty of communication in the weeks leading up to our stay, during our stay, and after. The location is perfect! Nice building, covered parking, great pool, huge balcony, and sky bridge over to the beach. I would 100% rent this condo again in the future. My only complaint is about the building, itself, and has nothing to do with the unit. The building only has two public elevators, so they get really backed up on Saturday afternoon during check-in times. But that was seriously my only complaint. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Beautiful place to stay - I enjoyed my stay everything was great, the only complaint was the dryer didn't work & I called in to have it repaired, but no one came until the day before I left, so I made several trips to the dryer on the lobby floor. But they did repair it, & other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"Lovely Stay - We had a lovely stay here, very relaxing location, it was clean & near everything. Plenty of space inside the condo with the unusual layout and big balcony outside. We loved hitting Whale's Tail after soaking up some sun. No complaints, had a nice time."

"Very happy with vacation - We stayed in room 309 which was one of the best decisions we've made for vacation. Our keys and parking passes were at the desk when we arrived. There were dollies for the suitcases which made unloading easier. The room was clean and pretty up to date. We had a view of the pool/deck and most importantly of the ocean. Each room (bedrooms and living space) had patio access. There were 6 of us (including a baby) and everyone seemed pretty comfortable. The wrap around mirrors made the space seem even bigger. There is a formal dining room table to eat meals together if people wished. I wish we would have known that there would be beach toys and boogie boards in the unit so we didn't need to bring our own, but its better to under promise and over deliver! We had direct beach access from the building which made things more convenient and saved us from having to find parking etc. We will definitely be back and look forward to renting this unit again."
