The only negative was the lack of toiletries left for us. I've never stayed somewhere where they only left super minimal toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner in a place this size."

"Couples Beach Trip - The property was well maintained, a perfect location with private beach access and good proximity to tons of shops and restaurants. The entire complex was clean and security was present all day and night. This unit was conviently located near the front and has a great view of the large lagoon pool. "Beautiful! - This was our first vaca with our first grandchild. It could not have been more perfect. The space, the resort, the local shops. We absolutely loved our stay. Our only complaint would be that if you want beach space definitely reserve chairs, or get down super early. The stretch of sand is extremely small for the amount of people, and we were not there during high volume guests. But, we will definitely be back!"

"We loved this condo. We have stayed in several houses around this property, but you really can’t beat the convenience of being this close to the pool and the beach. The unit was immaculately clean. Very spacious, with an extremely spacious master suite. If you’re planning on cooking while you’re there, I would say they are missing a few items in the kitchen (e.g. measuring spoons, etc.)."

"I've stayed in many different units throughout Seacrest and this one was by far my favorite. This condo was clean, spacious, and perfectly-situated within the Seacrest community with access to all of the great amenities said community has to offer. The gathering spaces inside the unit are perfect for preparing/eating meals at home, entertaining friends, and relaxing in the evenings. The balcony is large and well-suited for enjoying the lovely views of the Lagoon Pool. Each bathroom and bedroom are great in their own way, and the overall layout of the unit is conducive to privacy, even when staying with several other people."

"The condo is very comfortable, sparkling clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. The location is super convenient for access to the beach and the pool. The pool is amazing and the view from the balcony is spectacular.
The only thing to be aware of is the bed in the master bedroom. It is ridiculously high and makes it very difficult to climb into it and get out of it. You literally have to jump off. It is especially difficult and almost dangerous for an elderly person. But the mattress itself is comfortable.
We loved staying at the condo and would definitely recommend it."

"This place is even nicer in person than the pictures! Plenty of room per the bedroom layout but also comes with extra mattresses under the beds and a cot for additional space. We have 3 under the age of 4 and the location was perfect for them. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach where we spent our mornings and we overlook the pool where we spent the afternoons. Great location and unit! I’ll definitely be back."

"Very pleased with our week long stay - I rarely ever give 5-star ratings, but 4 was not enough. Wasn't perfect, but 4.5 stars isn't an option. I grew up on the beach 1.5 hours away from here and stayed at places from Panama City to Fort Morgan. For our family of 5 (12 year old special needs son and 2 teenage daughters), how we like to vacation and what we were looking for in this specific trip, this is just what we needed.
The amenities of Seacrest/Alys Beach/Rosemary were what we wanted for this trip. Sometimes we want nothing but beach and no amenities, sometimes we want the resort type feel and this time we wanted a tweener trip with a nice pool. Bike rentals worked out great. We chose not to rent chairs/umbrellas ... as a "local" I am not a fan of rental companies controlling the beach ... that said, we just walked 100 yards away from the masses & enjoyed less crowded part of the beach. Had plenty of room to throw football and Frisbee. We like to walk on the beach anyways and prefer a little less crowd - so voila! It worked great for us.
The unit was more than enough room for us. We actually unpacked our bags in the walk-in closet for the week. A couple of people mentioned concern about pool crowding and worker personalities. We kept our wrist bands on for pool and the walk through the private gate to the beach and found workers very friendly. I commented about one "that is how you enjoy your job"! My oldest was the only one who used the tram (We enjoyed the walk from condo to beach) only because a driver was nice enough to randomly stop and ask if she wanted a ride. The guys working the pool were patient with all the vacationing kids. I told them the first days that our son was autistic and may act peculiarly or not listen to them. They were very empathetic, not phased and we enjoyed the pool every day for the week without my son needing any extra attention other than from our family. There was plenty of space around the pool deck for everyone. Only one time could we not get multiple chairs together. We cobbled together a couple chairs, thanks to a nice couple giving up one of theirs and about 15 minutes later we were able to "commandeer" a spot from a departing family. We found the pool deck and pool itself had plenty of room. The pool was very clean and I found it to be quite family friendly. There are good places to eat and we cooked 75% of meals in unit and had everything we needed. Publix, Winn Dixie and Whole Foods are close by."

"Wonderful stay! - We loved staying in this Seacrest Beach condominium. It was very roomy, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds with good pillows! It was equipped with everything one could need, great location too. The building is at the front of the neighborhood and a very quick walk to the beach. We rarely took the shuttle. The large balcony overlooks a beautiful pool and is a great place to unwind. There is so much to do in walking distance to the unit....shops, restaurants, bike rentals. Overall, great place to stay! Would definitely like to rent this one again!"

"Comfortable Living Near The Beach - The condo was beautiful and very cozy. The master bedroom is large and has very relaxing tub. The kitchen was perfect for gourmet cooking and the breakfast nook was comfortable feature. Within close walking distance of the beach and I enjoyed walking over to eat at La Cocina. I didn't get to enjoy the huge pool due to the weather but when the weather warms a bit more soon I'm sure it is a big hit! I would recommend this to any family looking for a relaxing vacation in a spacious condo near Rosemary Beach."

"Awesome location, comfy condo! - We stayed for a long weekend and we loved the location of this condo! We had never stayed in the Villas at Seacrest complex, but we'll definitely stay here again. The condo was cozy feeling but spacious, and the kitchen was nicely updated. The master bedroom gets a ton of light and has a little peek-a-boo ocean view through some houses, which we didn't expect. We didn't spend any time at the pool or out on the patio since it was chilly, but we did enjoy watching the sunsets on the beach and being able to walk over to the restaurants in Seacrest and Rosemary Beach."
