The Crab Shack is a lovely 3BR, 2BA cottage, conveniently located in Maravilla Resort, just across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. The cottage features a spacious living area, 9-foot ceilings, a washer and dryer, and a large back deck for enjoying the beautiful night breeze and warm sunny days! The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Families with children or seniors will enjoy the ease of staying in a one-level property. Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bath with dual vanities. Additionally, there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a second guest bedroom with a full bed and a twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Take a stroll to one of the two community pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis, basketball, and deeded beach frontage. Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33 acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
