The master bedroom boasts a king bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and twin bed. To complete the sleeping arrangements, enjoy a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Islander condominium is located on Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This destination is sure to please. The Islander features two pools, two hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, covered grill gazebo, onsite fitness center, and private beach. This complex also features a wheelchair accessible beach ramp plus a chair lift into the pool. Make your next beach memory at The Islander.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.
The Islander is perfectly located next to Destin Harbor, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

"Islander 302 - Great stay. Room was clean and exactly as in the photos. We used the gym, pickle ball and shuffleboard facilities and they were very nice. The only possible negative thing I can think of is that one of the burners on the stove was out and the clocks didn’t work, but who cares what time it is on vacation anyway! I would definitely stay there again."

"This location was fantastic. Beautiful views with lots of activities. The unit had a few issues that were not resolved but did not impact our trip a great deal. Overall, the heated pool and hot tub along with the pickle ball courts and the Gulf of Mexico won us over. Fabulous sunsets were a bonus."

The only complaint I have is our keys were not ready to use/activated after pickup at off-site office location. However, as soon as I called customer service they said to take keys to reception to get activated. Overall great stay. Great gulf view. Clean. Would recommend"

"Beautiful Views - This property was easy to rent and the communication was great. The views of the beach were amazing! It is a quick walk across a wooden boardwalk and you’re right on the beach. The condo is older, but has everything we needed and was very clean. It was private and all access used the key, so the beach wasn’t over crowded.
We’ll definitely rent here again. RealJoy vacation rentals was the property management group for our condo."
