Welcome to The Sand Dollar A. This beautiful 3-bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the top floor of a duplex. Located directly across the street from the beach access, guests can find a large wrap around balcony with gulf views. Wake up every morning with a cup of coffee and breathe in the salt air to start your day off right. An open floor plan in the living area allows for everyone to be included in the conversations. The chef of the party will love the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space. The dining table seats up to 6 guests with additional seating available at the bar. Relax in the living room on a large sectional with a flat screen TV to watch your favorite show. The master suite features a king bed and en suite with a walk-in shower and laundry. The first guest bedroom includes 2 full beds, and the other guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds allowing up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $2400 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are valid for the current Snowbird season only.

The Sand Dollar is a beautiful two-story duplex located on the East end of Panama City Beach. Located 70 feet from public beach access #3, guests will love the ease of coming and going from the beach. Stroll down the street to Schooners for a meal with a view. St. Andrews State Park is less than a mile away and will provide multiple swimming opportunities, nature trails, and a ferry over to Shell Island. Come enjoy a laid back vacation at The Sand Dollar.

* Pardon the inconvenience but improvements are being made to make future vacations more memorable. A pool is being added to the backyard from March to April 2023 for The Sand Dollar complex to share. Please excuse any noise while this improvement is being made.

Located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr. and North Lagoon Dr. is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or walk to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.
