"Spring Break - Condo was very clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. The only issue we had was the number provided to get into our room was incorrect. This really wasn’t an issue because it was quickly resolved when we called the number given with any problems. I was a little bummed the sauna was not working do to a cracked floor and I also did not see a beach playground that was listed in the description. Regardless, we still had plenty to do and had an amazing time! All in all a great place to stay!"

"Exceptional - When making reservations we had a big mix up, at no fault of the owners, and the owners were willing to fix the problem for me, which they didn't have to do and to me that says alot about them in general so we decided to keep the room. The view was amazing. They had everything we needed in the condo. We would definitely book with them again.
There wasn't anything we didn't "like" about the place. The only thing I could think of that may need an improvement would be the mattress in the sofa bed. It was not to comfortable but we made it work. Nothing bad to say about the place at all."

"Nice unit - The unit was nice, needs a few minor maintenance items. The Summit has 2 nice pools, 1 is heated, and 2 shallow kiddie pools. Beach access right there. Has a nice little bar by the pool, a small convenience type store for emergency. Close to local restaurants and activities. I would stay there again."
