"The condo was great! Everything was clean and the condo is very lively. There was a tiki bar and karaoke within the complex, and they had a movie by the pool on some nights. It was busy but not wild, quiet hours were 11pm - 7am."

"I have stayed at multiple units at the summit, and this is by far the best unit I have rented. The only thing that stood out, was that the rug in the living room was dirty and looked like it haven’t been vacuumed in a while."

"Great Room and Great Property Management Company - We always come down the week after Christmas and decided to get a bigger room this year so our kids could bring friends. It was well decorated and clean. We had one issue with a smell when we first checked in and the property management came out super quick and took care of the issue. The only other thing was the tv system was hard to figure out how to get to things and then the roku device seem to not work. Small issue but overall great great stay!"

"Convenient to attractions. - We were very pleased. Everything we wanted to go to (restaurants, bowling, skating, Walmart, bait store, and the pier) were within 3 miles of the hotel. There was a bungee jump across the road, and recreation water sports were rented at the water in front of the hotal. Our room even had complimentary umbrella and chairs......not all the rooms offer this. We would definitely go back."

"Awesome vacation!! - The property was clean, a good location and lots of things for kids to do.
If you had a problem there was nobody there to help you. One of our grandkids accidentally locked one of the bathroom doors. All we were told was it’s not our room. We had to contact the company we booked the room thru and it could be days before anyone would show up. Thank goodness it had two bathrooms."

"Great Rental - We just finished up our vacation at Panama City Beach and we were very pleased with our rental. Check in was simple and convenient. We received door code as promised. At arrival we stopped in the lobby to buy our parking passes and wristbands. Room was on the 14th floor, right off the elevator. Found this convenient, especially while carrying groceries or supplies ect. The garbage shoot was right outside our door as well 🙂. The condo was well stocked with towels, had pots and pans, strainer, lots of silverware, lots of utensils, pizza cutter, bowls, plates, cups, even had a crockpot. We utilized the stove and microwave alot during our stay, saving on money by cooking for our family of 8. There also was a ice maker which was a plus. The garbage disposal didn't work during our stay which wasn't a huge deal to us and the repair man came the morning we checked out. The washer and dryer came in extremely handy during our stay. There was bare minimum supplies(few rolls of toilet paper, 2 packets of dishwasher soap, 1 small roll of paper towels, a couple small things of conditioner and shampoo and bar soap. And a couple extra garbage bags). Being a large family we needed more so we just found a walmart about 5 minutes away and picked up more toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags along with our groceries ect. We did bring/buy our own beach towels. There was plenty of sleeping and seating space for our family. We loved that almost anything in the area could get delivered to our door, never have to leave if ya didn't want to! The views are breath taking! One of our favorite things to do was to just sit on the balcony and just soak up the view. The beach is right behind the condo and had beach lounge chairs. Was a bit chilly when we were there but the older kids didn't mind and still swam In the waves. My two year old twins loved playing in the sand. On the property they had 2 hot tubs. The hot tubs were hard to get access to because they were constantly full with people. They also had 2 large pools that our kids used multiple times. And we absolutely loved the 6in wading pools they had there. We sat by the pool and enjoyed Bloody Mary's from the tiki bar, located by the pools, while the 2 year old twins swam in the 6in pool with no worries. The lady in the lobby at check in wasn't the most cheerful person but most everyone else we interacted with were very friendly. Will most definitely stay here 🙂 Lovely Place!"

"Spectacular Views of PCB and Sunsets / Enjoyable Stay! - The condo was exactly what we needed for the 5 of us. (It sleeps 8) All the amenities of home provided with 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove, microwave, blender...etc. Upon initial inspection - as you are requested to perform - within the first hour of arrival, there were some issues. As soon as we reported them to maintenance there were 4 people rectifying everything! They brought in a brand new refrigerator from Lowe's and connected it. They replaced shower curtains with new brilliant ones. An upholstery cleaning person came in and cleaned every piece of furniture immaculately. They even bought a new remote for the living room TV and programmed it for us. THEY WERE 100% WILLINGLY HELPFUL!
Because it is a corner unit on the 14th floor, the wrap-around balcony afforded breath taking sweeping views of the Panama City Beach vista. Sunrises in the master bedroom and sunsets west over the Gulf of Mexico to the right of the balcony.
Elevators were quick and never a problem. Security was tight making for a safe environment in the middle of Spring Break 2018.
Overall, it was 7 days of pure bliss in relief from the cold Maine winter and nor'easters!!"
