Thirsty Turtle is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, two-story townhome located in the quiet neighborhood of Tivoli in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Recently updated, this wonderful space has relaxing, cool blues and natural tones that flow through while sleeping up to 10 guests comfortably. Enjoy a luxurious king bed in the master suite that features a private balcony that overlooks the pool, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with a chic double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor, each with a king bed, large flat-screen TVs, and generous closet space. Both also have access to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Up the spiral staircase, you will find the loft area which has been turned into the 4th guest bedroom, with two twin beds and two rollaway beds, a flat-screen TV, and a half bath; a great space for kids or extra guests! Take the bikes and head to the beach (approximately 880 yards) or explore all the nearby trails. You will love the community pools, and of course, the fabulous Sandestin amenities! The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Beach and Golf Family Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at the Thirsty Turtle property! It was really spacious and quiet, the pool was right behind us and the golf cart included made getting back and forth from the beach easy and enjoyable! Destination Wedding Guests
We came to the area for a destination wedding weekend and had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect as the wedding was on the beach at the Hilton. It was a short drive with the golf cart! We also enjoyed all the options for meals close by. Had we been there longer I would have taken advantage of the shopping opportunities too. The home was fabulous! Everything was clean. The decor was lovely and minimal, yet there were a few extra touches to make it feel homey. Sitting on the patio was nice and we enjoyed having a few of the pool, which was not too busy given the season. I would absolutely stay there again. Perfect for a family of 7

Beautiful home/great location
Pros: Great location Beautiful home Lots of room Home was stocked perfectly with things you will need to enjoy your stay! Cons: Parking is tough, not a lot of room to park and there is no designated parking spots. This unit no longer comes with a golf cart. This is a huge downside. Everyone is riding around on them and the beach is a good distance from the house. This area of Florida is mainly golf carts so not having one is no fun.- Posted: 4/8/2023

Pleasant rental as advertised
We enjoyed our stay at Thirsty Turtle! There was plenty of room for three couples. It was as advertised - no surprises. The porch was lovely. There was lots of activity at the pool during the day, but it was quiet and peaceful in the evenings! There was, as described, a bit of a walk to the beach, which was not too scenic. The condo is part of The Sandestin Beach and Golf resort, which provides rentals of beach chairs and umbrellas at their kiosk on the beach. Relaxing beach getaway at Thirsty Turtle
My family loved this condo. The location was perfectly located very close to the beautiful beach and we enjoyed being able to utilize the golf cart to get around the resort and to/from the beach. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys were a nice bonus as well. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, well-appointed, and had a nice screened-in balcony with view of the pool.
