"Lovely home and location - Loved having a prime view of the Ocean from our balcony, plus amazing views from the outdoor pools and hot tubs. Pristine beach and all the conveniences of home (kitchen, laundry, , etc). Great area to explore with a young family (or just to splash in the waves and the pool like we did).
Enjoyed the kitschy ocean decor, comfortable bed, quiet location (off-season) and first floor convenient location to pools and amenities. We’d love to come back."

"Ok - Too many directions and emails after booking needs to be a smoother transition. Also I didn’t like That the entire public beach was covered in chairs you couldn’t even walk between them to go to the restroom I don’t like that at all not enough space for the people that just want to bring their own chairs"

"Great stay! - Enjoyed our time here in Tidewater 103. Checked in on a Sunday at 5:00 pm with no lines or issues. Lines for elevators were long, but we were only one flight of stairs down from registration (on 2nd level), so we hauled everything down ourselves. Condo was clean. Enjoyed the easy access to the beach! Would recommend black out drapes in master bedroom as the light from the hallway does shine through. After checking in, we went to Wal Mart near Pier Park. Lines there were very, very long and many empty shelves. Next time, we will shop at the Winn Dixie or Publix which are both close by. Sliding door is very hard to open; we enjoyed the beach from our patio/balcony every day. We would stay again!"

"Clean & equipped condo! - We spent a few days here and really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for the 5 of us that stayed there. It was nice also being on the 1st floor and not having to wait for the elevator. The only downfall was us not getting the information for the parking 24 hours in advance and the hotel “had” to charge us a $10 late fee fo fill out a form on their tablet. That seemed unfair and a bit ridiculous but we paid it and didn’t let it damper our stay. Communication with RealJoy was easy and fast as well."

"Great location large unit very comfortable on first floor which was great. Avoiding elevators. just up the staircase from lobby. and down one from parking garage entrance. Has a nice private balcony over looking beach. Great view very nice well maintained unit. Clean with many extras. they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable."

"Perfect Condo - Let me just say this! If this property is available for out next vacation, we will definitely be staying here. The condo was super nice and the beach front view was fantastic. It was on the 1st floor so we were able to take the stairs which made it super convenient. The beach was packed and the line at the elevator was long. We just zipped right up the stairs in the lobby and was at our room. The condo was decorated perfectly and everything we needed was there. Its very close to pier park and grocery shopping was just a couple blocks away. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back to this one. In the past we have stayed all up and down the beach at PCB, but i must say this condo was our favorite so far. Five stars guys, thanks for the memories. We will be saving this property for the next time we are there."

"PCB May 2019 - The property was perfect for our family of four. Only on the first floor so didn’t have to wait on the elevators. The only thing I didn’t like was the bedroom had sheer curtains and let a the light from the hall into the room at night, and it was bright. Other than that it was an awesome stay!"
