Tidewater 302 offers Gulf Front views from the living room, kitchen, balcony, and master bedroom! Located on the 3rd floor this spacious 3BA/3BA condo features a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters and an eat-in bar. Listen to the waves crash from the private balcony that overlooks the beach. The master bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with a separate soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Wake up to the beautiful Gulf waters with the panoramic windows in the master suite! Extremely pleased with our stay on the 3rd floor. The unit was clean and spacious. Beautiful views from the master bedroom and living room balconies. Great location with plenty restaurants and shopping close by!! We were thankful to only have been on the 3rd floor as it was difficult to catch an elevator..that was my only complaint!! Beautiful vacation
It truly was a great experience but there are a few things that could have made it better. A potholder, extra kitchen towel, pizza cutter, a spatula to scape out a bowl, and a mop bucket. The big slider in living room doesn’t lock. 2 elevators were out of service our whole trip which did have a huge impact with such a big complex. The women’s steam room was out of service. The weights in weight room are outdated only have numbers like 1,2,3 you have no idea how much you are lifting. Otherwise it was a beautiful vacation very nice staff.- Posted: 3/28/2025

Great stay
This property was great for our family. The Condo room was clean, well equipped, everything worked properly. We had an issue with a box fan that was resolved quickly with excellent customer service. I liked the security system with the bracelets getting in and out of the building. Parking was fairly simple in the parking deck. I like that this property had Grocery buggies to be able to get groceries in and out of your car instead of using luggage racks. Not All the shower heads at the beach were working to be able to wash sand off. That was slightly inconvenient.- Posted: 9/24/2024

The weather was amazing. Great location and close to everything.

I loved the place and the location. It was exactly how it was described and clean. A few small things that could’ve been better is the time it took to get on the elevator. Each time we had to wait almost 45 minutes. Also there were not a lot of things to that was walking distance from the place. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay.- Posted: 5/19/2024

Tidewater 302
We really enjoyed our stay at tidewater. There was plenty of seating for everyone, which is often a problem. The amenities were wonderful. We loved that there were beach chairs included with the rental. We’re also so grateful to the staff of Real Joy for finding my daughter’s necklace she left in the unit. It really means a lot to her. The location was amazing. Beach view while drinking my coffee was my favorite. The condo was big. It smelled really clean when you first walked in. Just How the door wouldn’t lock just by closing it. You really had to pull it hard to make sure it closed.- Posted: 3/17/2024

Condo was very clean and well maintained. Great location within walking distance to Pier Park. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Real Joy responded quickly and efficiently when contacted.
