"the condo itself was 10/10 - everything was perfect about it and felt like home, would 100% book again and stay here again. however when we got to the condo and getting checked in with the so they called "security" guard at the front desk 0/10
he was so unprofessional I have never experienced anything like it. He did not make me feel safe, he did not make us feel welcomed he made it seem like there was a problem the moment we walked up to the front desk. I was actually very shocked to see a "security guard" treat us the way he did.. he was not helpful what so ever and as a girl he made me very uncomfortable. as a security guard I feel as if they are suppose to make you feel 1. safe and 2. be helpful and he was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of that."

"All in all this was a great stay that I would recommend to anyone coming to the Panama City Beach area. It’s a perfect location and very reasonably priced. The only complaint I have is the condos elevators are so slow and the lines to use them can sometimes take up to 45 minutes but thankfully this condo is on the third floor so the only time you really need the elevator is during check in and check out"

"A beautiful condo. Had all the things to feel right at home. Located on the 3rd floor, so we could use the stairs. Elevators are a nightmare!! We would recommend for sure, for the quality and price and security."

"Great spot. The condo was spacious and just what was pictured. The beach chairs have now changed and they no longer have the nice wooden ones with cushions if you’re use to coming to tidewater. They are plastic. Be prepared for very long elevator wait times. I’ve been to tidewater 5 times now and every time an elevator or 2 is out of service during our stay. Luckily with this being on the 3rd floor, it’s only one level of stairs from the parking garage walkover, but 4 levels from the beach access. We would stay here again!"

"Great Location! - The location was amazing! The 3rd floor view from the big living room slider and master bedroom slider is absolutely gorgeous! It had a really nice/big balcony and completely private! The condo was very clean. The bathrooms showers could use updating. This unit is managed by a 3rd party rather than the owner directly sand so not quite as many amenities (toiletries, paper products, etc.) as other VRBS's we have stayed at, just a more hotel feel. It had a regular coffee maker vs a K-cup. But it was an awesome view , very clean, and had all the necessities! I would recommend it!"

"Great place. Low floor so there were not need for elevator. I love that the master room had a sliding door to the balcony. Place had everything you might need away from home to relax. This sound silly but it’s important for me, the sliding door curtain were dark enough to sleep until late without the day light bothering. The entrance was away from the hallway so that was awesome and quiet. The decor was simple but beautiful. This place was very clean, I cleaned and disinfected EVERYTHING before to put our stuff away and it was actually CLEAN. I was surprised. This place is fantastic and I will definitely will stay again in this unit."
