Welcome to Top of the Gulf 210, this cozy condo is perfect for a small family, romantic getaway or a solo trip to relax. This condo offers a queen bed and a pull-out sofa couch with a full bathroom. Wake up to the sun each morning, as it sparkles off the emerald green waters of the Gulf through your master bedroom window. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up an amazing meal. Kick up your feet with a cool drink in the living room to watch the sun set after a fun filled day or enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Take advantage of the onsite game room, shuffleboard, cornhole, large adirondack chairs to relax in, and a small café. Your next vacation is waiting, and Top of the Gulf 210 will have you ready to come back year after year making memories on the Gulf Coast.

**Top of the Gulf charges a fee of $30.00 for only 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands. Visit the on-site HOA main office during office hours upon arrival to purchase. Additional pay to park offsite is available**

**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site that are not staying within the complex.**

The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies and other goodies.

Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

At the end of Thomas Drive is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.
