Kick off your shoes at Top of the Gulf 610. This cozy studio has large windows overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Offering a comfortable queen bed and a sleeper sofa to sleep up to 4 guests, it is a perfect space for couples or small families. The open kitchen has everything you need to whip up an amazing meal with plenty of counter space for meal prep. A dining table is available to enjoy your delectable meal or as a laptop friendly area while you work remote. Kick up your feet with a cool drink in the living room after a filled day and enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Guests will find a community laundry facility on the first floor. Your next romantic getaway or family vacation is waiting, and Top of the Gulf 610 will have you ready to come back year after year making memories on the Gulf Coast.

*LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1200 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies and other goodies.

**Top of the Gulf charges a fee of $30.00 for only 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands. Visit the on-site HOA main office during office hours upon arrival to purchase. Additional pay to park offsite is available**

Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

At the end of Thomas Drive is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.
