Top of the Gulf 716- Saltwater Studio

"Saltwater Studio” has recently been professionally redesigned, remodeled, and tastefully decorated with you in mind! It is one of the most gorgeous, updated, and comfortable condos in the resort. It is perfectly sized for 1-4 guests with two queen beds, a large flat screen TV w/HD service, dining table for 4 and a comfortable sofa. This unit provides books, magazines, and games for quiet evenings in. This unit has an in studio router to assure high quality internet for the guests.  One entire end of the studio is a bay window which opens so you can enjoy seeing and hearing the surf and sand.  There is a large communal balcony with Adirondack chairs on each floor of this complex to enjoy the Gulf views with other guests!

March to October, we offer complimentary beach chair service: two chairs and umbrella on the beach every day of your stay.

Who doesn't love extras? We have a book of menus from our favorite restaurants to help you choose where to dine and activity ideas (for rain or shine). In addition, complimentary starter sizes of shampoo, conditioner, soaps and paper goods are provided to get you off to a convenient start!


The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated wifi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities and a gorgeous pool, (with kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies and other goodies.

**Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site that are not staying within the complex.**

**This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, no exceptions.**

**Top of the Gulf charges a fee of $30.00 for only 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands. Visit the on-site HOA main office during office hours upon arrival to purchase. Additional pay to park offsite is available**

Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

At the end of Thomas Drive is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fill the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.
