Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

"Panama - I found the apartment to be nice. It could use a little more cleaning but wasn’t gross. I did get in earlier ( which i appreciated) so I don’t know if effective their cleaning time.
The bed was a little hard but for the money was a fantastic stay. Also, a dresser under the tv would be nice. We struggle to find a place to put our clothes up. Most of the staff was friendly.
Appreciate the lady in the gift shop when I needed some first aid."

"Gift To Myself - My third stay at Top of the Gulf and the best unit so far! Bright and clean, comfortable bed (pillows not so much) and perfect view of the beach and the ocean. I loved being on the top floor. I love the big picture window. I chose this unit because one window is operable, but alas, too much wind and rain, so I kept it closed. I will book this again if I ever get the chance."

"Wonderful, relaxing week! - We had a wonderful stay at Top of the Gulf. Our room was stocked with everything we needed. One of the best parts of the property was that it wasn’t very busy at all- even in the middle of the summer. The elevators were quick and the beach was roomy.
The only drawback was that there was a picture in the listing advertising free beach service. After booking, we found out beach service was not included. We were very disappointed.
Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience."
