Unwind on the Queen bed sleeps 2 guests. A fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and quartz counter-tops, coffee bar, dining area, Smart TV, WiFi, full bath, and a closet with plenty of organization will make you want to extend your stay. This condo looks directly out over the beach and community pool and you can open the large picture window to hear the waves! Walk to the stunning white sand beach, hang out at the pool, or enjoy one of several cozy places to kick back, unwind and enjoy the view of the ocean from this 8th floor condo. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1400 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, grills, pristine beachside amenities, a gorgeous pool, and kiddie pool where personal chairs and coolers are welcome throughout. The complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table, while the pool area features a shuffleboard court and cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere and make for great photo opportunities. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grilled items, drinks, smoothies and other goodies, plus dedicated wifi for guests. Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, a fabulous water park, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Area Attractions:

At the end of Thomas Drive is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fill the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few.
