A fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops, coffee bar, Smart TV, WiFi, full bath, and a closet with plenty of organization will make you want to extend your stay. This condo looks directly out over the beach and community pool, and you can open the large picture window to hear the waves! Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!


Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, grills, pristine beachside amenities, a gorgeous pool, and a kiddie pool where personal chairs and coolers are welcome throughout. The complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table, while the pool area features a shuffleboard court and cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere and make for great photo opportunities. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grilled items, drinks, smoothies, and other goodies, plus dedicated wifi for guests. Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, a fabulous water park, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell, and dolphin excursions. Area Attractions:

At the end of Thomas Drive is the gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fill the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers, or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.
