A Queen bed and a Sleeper Sofa allows up to 4 guests to sleep comfortably. Wake up to the sun each morning, as it sparkles off the emerald green waters of the Gulf through large windows. The kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite meal with a dining table and bar stools. Kick up your feet with a movie and cool drink in the living room to end your day. While you are not in the condo, venture around the complex to find the game room, shuffleboard, cornhole, large Adirondack chairs to relax in, and a small café. *LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1500 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

The Top of the Gulf complex's game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated wifi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities and a gorgeous pool, (with kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use. The onsite Surf Snack Shack offers grill items, drinks, smoothies and other goodies.

**Top of the Gulf charges a fee of $30.00 for only 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands. Visit the on-site HOA main office during office hours upon arrival to purchase. Additional pay to park offsite is available**

Top of the Gulf is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

At the end of Thomas Drive is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds! Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores.
