"Wonderful stay! - This condo is in a great location. We rented a golf cart from Prestine Golf Cart Rentals and couldn’t be more impressed with the service and ease it added to our trip. The condo was clean and fully equipped with anything you would need from overstocked towels to any and all kitchen equipment and board games for a rainy day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the closest a were stocked with anything extra you would need. We can’t wait to come back and visit again."

"Affordable and convenient - This was our first time to stay in a condo. We liked the overall size of the property (easy to get in/out and around) and the location. Listing photos were very accurate and price ended up being a little less than the hotel we normally would book with. Happily, the unavailability of the hotel, led us here and we are glad it did. Hopefully, we will be able to stay longer next time and get familiar with the local eating places."

"clean, quiet well equipped and comfortable… Elmo’s Grill across the street was a convenient location… - very quiet complex, very private back balcony. we’ll equipped kitchen with even a lemon zoster. everything worked well, the set up was perfect for 4although we were just 2 so we had a ton of space.
it took us a while to figure out how the front door lock worked but we are a bit slow at things like that .. a little more instruction on EXACTLY how to work the TV and clear instructions on where the beach access could be found (walking) would have made it easier but we were able to figure it out."

"Just as advertised - Cute little condo, 5 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes or so from Destin and the night life. The perfect little place to stay. Clean and well taken care of and a comfy bed."

"Loved it, so relaxing, would rent again. - We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was simple but neat and pretty clean. The property was well kept, and management responded quickly to minor issue. There was a pretty wooded walking path behind the property. The deck overlooked a forest area and was very relaxing listening to the birds in the morning/evening. Only one mile bike ride to the first public beach access. There were several public beach access points within biking distance. This property was at the beginning of 30A and was a little quieter and less crowded than most of rentals along the highway which I enjoyed. Was still close to Gulf Place for services but was also easy to go west to many stores and eating establishments towards Destin.
Deck was small, just two high top chairs, would have enjoyed little bigger space with four chairs. Carpet was dirty looking going into master bedroom."

The power outlets in the kitchen didn’t work
This was an inconvenience because we had several kitchen appliances that we wanted to use
I have a feeling the outlets have been out for some time because someone mentioned them in a review

Also the tv/ cable situation was was difficult at best
I’m familiar with most of this type equipment but we couldn’t make it surf channels even though there was a channel list posted

"This location is AMAZING! Sooo close to the beach, shopping, groceries (Wal-Mart, Public), the unit is RIGHT by the pool! The beach is super clean. I love that it’s on 30A and the value of this rental is unbelievable! And I also love the ease of check in and checkout. I look forward to returning and I look forward to renting from RealJoy again."

"My husband, toddler and I recently visited Santa Rosa Beach, FL for the first time and needed a place to stay that was close to the beaches and some other family staying in the area. We had a lot to manage with a tough trip with our little one and we were so pleased when we arrived to find a bright, clean, spacious, and beautiful condo in a lovely complex. RealJoy responded to my questions along the way immediately and helpfully. The location was centrally located but also in a quiet spot in Santa Rosa Beach. It was a little chilly for us but the complex had a gorgeous little pool just outside our unit. Would definitely recommend this place for singles, couples, or families!"

"Perfect! - Great fit for our family of three! Well appointed kitchen with everything needed to cook dinner each evening, spacious bedrooms, and overall impressively clean. Our daughter loved the additional throw blankets, movies, and beach gear provided. Nice location to the outside pool and yet quiet in evenings/night. Also, has a great location to 30A villages, public beaches, and state parks with a turtle reef at Grayton State Park. Several days sea turtles were spotted by people swimming near us. Very happy we chose to stay here. Had a great vacation and enjoyed all the July 4th festivities in Seaside. Thank you!"
