"Great Location! - This condo is a corner unit with the bedrooms upstairs. We loved the decor and the layout. The floors could use a good scrubbing, as we all had black feet going barefoot. We didn't mark stars down as we understand how hard it is with all the sand that gets tracked. We would not stay here during summer heat as the upstairs was so very hot even with high temperature at just 76, the thermostat read 79. The master has a ceiling fan so it was ok, however the other two bedrooms def need ceiling fans added. We had a hard time using the television so a 'how to' sheet would be very helpful!"

to pool and across the street from the Hub with food and live music.
On the other hand, not close to beach access. Will need to take shuttle which runs only 9-4 or drive. Also, Wi-Fi is tough.
Other than that, everything was perfect and a great place to stay!"

"Everything about this property was AMAZING.... the only negative I have to write was about the cleanliness in two areas..
The first were the blinds in every room. They were thick with dust (I could run my finger along each blind and collect huge piles of it on my finger) and one of my children are sensitive to dust so we needed to clean that ourselves before they slept in the room..
The second being the trash thats left in the garage.. Sadly when we walked in, the garage and hallway smelt like rotting and decaying food because the rule of leaving the garbage in the garage on non trash days means whoever is unlucky enough to arrive on a day that the trash hasn't been collected is welcomed by this putrid smell.
Would have been great for Realjoy to make a note of this so that the first thing we were welcomed by was not that horrendous smell that took ages to leave the home. They could have come and removed it knowing we were about to arrive.
Other than that the stay was INCREDIBLE and the property was exactly as described. The lovely pool was 30 second walk and we were 2 minutes from The Hub!! We'd definitely think about staying there again. :)"

"Good property service - I always stay at Prominence when visiting 30A. One of the bathroom doors were stuck on our first day of stay, and I called the office, the maintenance crew came within 30 minutes to solve the problem. Nice community across the street from the Hub, easy for a quick bite or some shopping"

"This unit is gorgeous, beautiful area and is super close to a very nice and large community pool that was perfect for bouncing back and forth from the pool to the unit during the day. We also LOVED that right across the street is “The Hub”, so we could easily walk over for a quick dinner, drinks or ice cream. It was a major perk to not have to get in the car and drive somewhere for those. They also have shuttles that can take you to beach access, but we ended up driving on the day we went, otherwise had most of our fun at the pool. We would absolutely stay here again."

"New Yearly Friends Vacation Location! - We had a great time in this townhouse! Everything was brand new and worked great! We were in the perfect location in close proximity to everything! Having "The Hub" right across the street was epic as well! Its a great social area with lots of cool restaurants and a super large screen TV where we watched the "Final Four"! We hope to stay here every year and bring our friends back in from Tampa & Atlanta!
*Recommendations would be for the property to supply more trash bags because we dint have enough for our stay. Also, need to provide cleaning supplies so the unit can be kept clean after use in the kitchen. We also ran out of dish washing cleaning for the dish washer. The beds weren't that comfortable so I think they should for sure upgrade that."

"Beautiful home. Great place to stay! Love 30A! - This is a beautiful home in a great location with great amenities. The home is new with new furnishings. It is clean, fresh, inviting and very relaxing. It's obvious that the owners love this home and take good care of it for guests.
The location is great, because it is away from the heavy traffic but close to entertainment and restaurants at The Hub, the bike trail, a gorgeous state park and the beach. We heard that the beaches along 30A are some of the best in the world, and they were right. 30A is just such a beautiful area. We rode bikes (provided for FREE!!) along the bike trail to other restaurants and the beach almost every day. And the locals who live and work along 30A are very friendly.
We have recommended this vacation home to our family and friends. We will definitely come back and vacation here again."
