Families will love the amazing Prominence community amenities. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool is surrounded by a large pool deck, zero entry pool (seasonally heated Oct/Nov and Mar/April), cabanas, bath house, and nice shady areas in which to enjoy relaxing in one of the fantastic hammocks spread throughout. Prominence also features outdoor dining pavilions, community grills and community fireplaces. The beach is an easy bike ride away. Come experience this fantastic beach town and its newest premier community as we are certain you will easily see what all it has to offer! Town of Prominence only allows one exclusive golf cart vendor - Adam, 30A Gulf Carts, 850-502-9325, any another vendor will be turned away.
This home is sure to give you the perfect peaceful beach vacation! Only a short drive from the beach access, this home is also near Deer Lake State Park which boasts a boardwalk across the dunes that offers easy access to the beach where visitors can picnic, swim and fish. It also offers a spectacular view of the dune ecosystem, one of 11 natural communities found in the park! While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
“The Big Chill” is the community center for Prominence and is only a quick 5 minute walk from your condo. The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.
Prominence is located just east of Seagrove and west of Watersound and Eastern Lake. Seaside and Rosemary are a short car ride away in either direction.
Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

On the other hand, not close to beach access. Will need to take shuttle which runs only 9-4 or drive. Also, Wi-Fi is tough.

The first were the blinds in every room. They were thick with dust (I could run my finger along each blind and collect huge piles of it on my finger) and one of my children are sensitive to dust so we needed to clean that ourselves before they slept in the room..
The second being the trash thats left in the garage.. Sadly when we walked in, the garage and hallway smelt like rotting and decaying food because the rule of leaving the garbage in the garage on non trash days means whoever is unlucky enough to arrive on a day that the trash hasn't been collected is welcomed by this putrid smell.
Would have been great for Realjoy to make a note of this so that the first thing we were welcomed by was not that horrendous smell that took ages to leave the home. They could have come and removed it knowing we were about to arrive.
Other than that the stay was INCREDIBLE and the property was exactly as described. The lovely pool was 30 second walk and we were 2 minutes from The Hub!! We'd definitely think about staying there again. :)"
