This stunning home will welcome you to the beach with its lavish furnishings and coastal décor! With a King in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room, this home can sleep up to 6 guests! Enjoy the new stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen and utilize the washer and dryer in the house for your convenience! Parking for one vehicles is included with the rental. Take a dip in one of the amazing community pools. 2 beach cruisers are provided in the condo for you to bike to the nearby The Big Chill for a bite to eat, or to the beach!

February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Monthly Rentals can also rent the golf cart for an additional $600 per month. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.*

Families will love the amazing Prominence community amenities. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool is surrounded by a large pool deck, zero entry pool (seasonally heated Oct/Nov and Mar/April), cabanas, bath house, fitness center and nice shady areas in which to enjoy relaxing in one of the fantastic hammocks spread throughout. Prominence also features outdoor dining pavilions, community grills and community fireplaces. The beach is an easy bike ride away. Town of Prominence only allows one exclusive golf cart vendor - Adam, 30A Gulf Carts, 850-502-9325, any another vendor will be turned away.
This home is sure to give you the perfect peaceful beach vacation! Only a short drive from the beach access, this home is also near Deer Lake State Park which boasts a boardwalk across the dunes that offers easy access to the beach where visitors can picnic, swim and fish. It also offers a spectacular view of the dune ecosystem, one of 11 natural communities found in the park! While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses.
“The Big Chill” is the community center for Prominence and is only a quick 5 minute walk from your condo. The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.
Prominence is located just east of Seagrove and west of Watersound and Eastern Lake. Seaside and Rosemary are a short car ride away in either direction.
Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We have 3 toddlers and were easily able to “toddler proof” the condo.
This condo is on the second floor so you have to take the stairs from your private garage in order to get to the main floor, which was not an issue for our family but this should be noted in case it’s an issue for future travelers.
We didn’t have working wifi or cable for 4 out of our 5 days of the trip which wasn’t ideal but the owner got someone out to fix it. The unfortunate thing was that our Verizon reception was worthless. Verizon has horrible reception in that area. So unless we were getting out of the area, we were tech free.
As far as location goes, we loved being right across the street from The Hub. The Hub has stores, food, bars, and a main seating & turf area in front of the stage which either has live bands or a DJ every night. This is great for when you don’t have anything to do, need your kids to run off some energy, or don’t want to go far. The Hub alone is reason to get this condo if you have young kids.
**Now for the beach part of my review**
While there is technically a beach access in this area, we chose not to use it. Our reasoning for this (and you can verify this by look on the map) is because there is a lake/water area next to this location and it drains into the ocean. So it’s not going to be as blue and pretty as surrounding beaches. It is also quite a walk, which isn’t idea for young kids.
Instead of using the beach access near the condo, we chose to make the 15 minute drive to inlet beach and the 15 minute drive to seaside. Both of these beaches are beautiful and have free public parking. We didn’t have an issue with finding parking but I’m sure the summer might look a little different. Something to note about seaside, there is only a small section of the beach that’s public. There are two private beaches on either side. It wasn’t crowded when we went so this wasn’t an issue but again, I’m sure summer will be a different story.
All in all, we will likely choose this condo again for future visits. The owner was responsive and accommodating.
