Ascend the deck stairs to the 2nd floor where you will be welcomed into the home by the vaulted ceilings and large windows that flood the space with natural light. This charming home also features an open kitchen, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and a large balcony. With a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the downstairs guest room, and 2 twin beds, this home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Enjoy the easy access to the beach, 300 yards away, or relax in the pool located a few steps away. You are sure to enjoy all the nearby attractions, especially Gulf place town center! Located in an upscale area of Hwy 30A, this pristine condo is perched in between Destin and Seaside Florida which is only a 15-Minute Drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, 12 minutes to Grand Blvd's many shopping and dining options, including a Grand movie theater.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Seaside is a unique destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
