"Family vacation 2024 - We loved our stay at this condo. The checkin was easy & beachfront was gorgeous & convenient. The parking deck is tight so beware. Vending machine wouldn't work but no big deal. Condo was spotless & decorated pretty. Loved that the T.V. was already loaded with Roku apps & wifi worked great. The condo was stocked with a very dish/cooking utensil you'd need. Make sure you bring kuerig pods, salt/pepper, spices or any condiments you may need. 10/10 recommend!!"

"Great Overall - The property itself was nice and clean. All appliances were working properly and the location itself was great. Management was very prompt as well with the master toilet seat repair as it was cracked upon our arrival. Only issues I had involved the bunkbed that was questionable in terms of stability and would sway/jerk with the slightest bit of movement. 2 of our guests who were to sleep in the bunk didn’t feel comfortable doing so, understandably, so they slept in the same bed right next to it. In addition, the master mattress was very firm and not as comfortable as hoped. Still was a great condo overall and would recommend."

"Our stay at Tropic Winds was absolutely lovely the price was well worth it our unit was clean , comfy with everything in it we needed to enjoy our stay .We extended our stay we liked it so much. Our host was easy to reach and accommodated us as soon as we reached out . Plenty of household things such as trash bags and detergent to last awhile. The property workers where so friendly and treated us like family. We had no complaints at all. We loved it and will be returning. We also got to say tons of stingrays almost everyday from our unit playing and flipping around in the water it was awesome and dolphins in the mornings. Definitely recommend visiting . "We absolutely loved our stay our hosts was so responsive and helpful.Helped us with anything we needed promptly which we had everything at the unit we just wanted to extend our stay we enjoyed it so much.The property owners treated us like family The unit was so clean and comfy . It was very quiet area no drama of any sort . We could see stingrays play jump in and out of the water for the longest time from our unit with a few dolphin s in the morning to see as well . "Nice Property - My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rental had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our food and not have to go out for every meal. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the rental. The view from the balcony was excellent. Our only issue, which has nothing to do with the rental itself, was that there seemed to be a lot of issues with the elevators on the property. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others."

"Overall, a great place to stay. Would accommodate 6 easily. - The condo was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large balcony and all the room and chairs there. The king bed was very comfy. We found the supply of extra blankets and pillows to be handy.

"Best Condo - We throughly enjoyed unit 1104. We have been going to Panama City for many years and this condo was one of the best places we have stayed. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. "Fantastic Stay - We loved this condo. It was just as pictured except for the balcony furniture. We chose this one partly because of the nice furniture that was pictured, and it is no longer there. What we had was passable though, and the wonderful large balcony made up for the missing furniture. "Best condo we’ve stayed in! Clean, great location, and great communication! - This is our 6th time staying in PCB and our third time at Tropic Winds. The other condos we’ve stayed in don’t compare to this one. The room is conveniently located close to the elevators. It was extremely quiet the whole week. The bunk room was perfect for our two little ones to have their own space. There were extra chairs and toys if we needed them too. The condo was extremely clean. The balcony was perfect! We were able to have lunch there daily. We saw dolphins daily, and even got a visit from a sea turtle! I will say the mattress in the master bedroom was very firm and uncomfortable, but my husband liked it. I think that’s just a personal preference. Overall we had a great stay and would love to stay in 1104 again!"

"Spectacular view from balcony and great location. - The condo was very clean and well decorated. The view was wonderful from the balcony. The beach and beach access was great. General location was very convenient. Not in the middle of the tourist traps, but close enough if you wanted action. Winn Dixie was close by. Our only complaint was the full size mattress in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable. WiFi was out for a day, but was taken care of. All correspondence was excellent. "It was very nice! - Property is well cared for. Only negative was when I tried plugging my cell phone in the kitchen counter sockets (2 out of 3) plugs didn't function. The unit is very close to elevator. All my concerns were tended to immediately with phone calls. I would stay here again. Be sure you are booking with owner. I was charged $87 through a website that is deceitful as if owners. Beware!"

"Very beautiful and comfortable unit - I loved the view from the balcony! Very quiet and clean. Plenty of room and well appointed. There was a dedicated parking space for this unit. Another review said there wasn't one. The pictures are accurate and the rental company was helpful. I would rent again!"

"Very nice - We had a great time despite the cold air! Amazing view, everything in order and up to date. Bedrooms were spacious and well kept. The living area was gorgeous, very nice kitchen. Instructions were prompt and direct. Parking was no hassle, and there was no crowd this spring break! Kids and I had a blast and will return soon."

"Spacious beautiful family condo - We were greeted immediately upon arrival. We found our parking and room with no trouble. We loved the ease of using the app for check in/check out. Walking in the room we were amazed at the hardwood floors and the space the condo offered. Our family of 4 traveled with friends (2) and had plenty of room. We found the condo had everything we needed with lots of updates throughout. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch with our guitars. Tropic Winds was easy to find and travel to nearby attractions like Pier Park. Tropic Winds had a good family friendly atmosphere. We loved being right on the beach. It was our home away. We cannot wait to go back."

"Felt like home away from home - We had such a wonderful time staying in this unit! The decor was spot on and so tastefully done. We felt so comfortable and enjoyed the beach area where the unit was located. We have been to PCB many times and this unit tops them all!
The only suggestion I might have, would be a full size sofa in lieu of a loveseat for more seating. Thanks again for awesome memories made and sharing your home with us!

"The condo, amenities and view were all amazing! Check-in and check-out were a breeze on my mobile phone. Locating the parking spot was a challenge, but security helped us find it. The cleaning fee was more than I have paid in other places (since we had to clean before leaving), but we knew the fee at booking. We would definitely rent a condo from RealJoy again in the future. "
