"Summer Break - Great location, easy to find. Assigned parking space was a plus. Second bedroom mattress was less than desirable. Both bathrooms have regular tubs, which was ok. You just need to be careful getting in and out of the tub."

"Beautifully decorated - Very nice unit! It was just right for us. Kitchen was big enough for two women preparing meals. Kids enjoyed the huge balcony and the 11th floor was a perfect combination of privacy and the gorgeous view. Beach was clean and we took advantage of the cool breeze and warm sand."

"Nice Property - My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rental had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our food and not have to go out for every meal. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the rental. The view from the balcony was excellent. Our only issue, which has nothing to do with the rental itself, was that there seemed to be a lot of issues with the elevators on the property. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others."

"Overall, a great place to stay. Would accommodate 6 easily. - The condo was wonderful. We really enjoyed the large balcony and all the room and chairs there. The king bed was very comfy. We found the supply of extra blankets and pillows to be handy. The swimming pool is located to the side of the building. There, it doesn't get much sun throughout the day. Otherwise, we enjoyed the sun deck overlooking the beach."

"Great Condo - Overall we had a great stay..The view of the beach from the balcony was awesome! The cleaners could have done a little better job before we checked in but it wasn't horrible..Also there wasn't very many dishes or cooking pans but again not a huge biggy..We liked the location as well..Fishing piers were just right down the road too which was cool..My family enjoyed our stay!! "Best Condo - We throughly enjoyed unit 1104. We have been going to Panama City for many years and this condo was one of the best places we have stayed. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. Looks just like the pictures show. The Realjoy rentals and VRBO made the whole process very easy and was a pleasure to work with. We will defiantly be doing this again in the summer of 2020 and I hope we will be able to get this same unit."

"Fantastic Stay - We loved this condo. It was just as pictured except for the balcony furniture. We chose this one partly because of the nice furniture that was pictured, and it is no longer there. What we had was passable though, and the wonderful large balcony made up for the missing furniture. The unit is very close to the elevator, which was very convenient and the building is in a great location. We did not want to leave."

"Best condo we’ve stayed in! Clean, great location, and great communication! - This is our 6th time staying in PCB and our third time at Tropic Winds. The other condos we’ve stayed in don’t compare to this one. The room is conveniently located close to the elevators. It was extremely quiet the whole week. The bunk room was perfect for our two little ones to have their own space. There were extra chairs and toys if we needed them too. The condo was extremely clean. The balcony was perfect! We were able to have lunch there daily. We saw dolphins daily, and even got a visit from a sea turtle! I will say the mattress in the master bedroom was very firm and uncomfortable, but my husband liked it. I think that’s just a personal preference. Overall we had a great stay and would love to stay in 1104 again!"

"Great Place - Property was just as listed. Clean and nicely decorated. It was quite and very family friendly. The only issue we had was with parking. Extremely limited, and very tight. People parked in our reserved space which then made us park in someone else’s space then it l lead to us getting a phone call to move. Other than that it was great! Will stay again!"

"Spectacular view from balcony and great location. - The condo was very clean and well decorated. The view was wonderful from the balcony. The beach and beach access was great. General location was very convenient. Not in the middle of the tourist traps, but close enough if you wanted action. Winn Dixie was close by. Our only complaint was the full size mattress in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable. WiFi was out for a day, but was taken care of. All correspondence was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"It was very nice! - Property is well cared for. Only negative was when I tried plugging my cell phone in the kitchen counter sockets (2 out of 3) plugs didn't function. The unit is very close to elevator. All my concerns were tended to immediately with phone calls. I would stay here again. Be sure you are booking with owner. I was charged $87 through a website that is deceitful as if owners. Beware!"

"Spacious beautiful family condo - We were greeted immediately upon arrival. We found our parking and room with no trouble. We loved the ease of using the app for check in/check out. Walking in the room we were amazed at the hardwood floors and the space the condo offered. Our family of 4 traveled with friends (2) and had plenty of room. We found the condo had everything we needed with lots of updates throughout. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch with our guitars. Tropic Winds was easy to find and travel to nearby attractions like Pier Park. Tropic Winds had a good family friendly atmosphere. We loved being right on the beach. It was our home away. We cannot wait to go back."

"The condo, amenities and view were all amazing! Check-in and check-out were a breeze on my mobile phone. Locating the parking spot was a challenge, but security helped us find it. The cleaning fee was more than I have paid in other places (since we had to clean before leaving), but we knew the fee at booking. We would definitely rent a condo from RealJoy again in the future. "
