"Good Place To Stay - This was a nice, clean place to stay. Bedding and towels were super white and felt clean. I didn’t like going out on the balcony and coming back in with the bottom of my feet black, but other wise I felt the condo was clean. The balcony had plenty of chairs and that was nice!! We loved sitting out there and watching the ocean when we were in the condo. I would recommend bringing your own pan and any other kitchen utensils that you would use regularly as the cookware and definitely the utensils were rated for guests only. I totally get not putting fine china out for guests that may wreck, destroy or make items disappear; however, these items were incredibly worn and in need of replacing. We like to cook a lot of our meals, so it was noticeable during our stay. I don’t think the front left burner worked on the stove unless you turned it way up, which impacted cooling methods. The frig did take a very long time to cool as noted in the description.
Overall, I think this was a good place to stay if you eat out alot and have a small car. The parking deck can be tricky for those with larger vehicles, but that doesn’t reflect on the condo. It is an item of note."

"Our stay - Everything was fine -except once we left in our car and came back our parking spot was taken by a real joy car- the worker there hunted her down she told my husband that we should of parked across the street my husband informed her we paid for this spot that she should of parked across the street"

"Great location and view. - Just like home very comfortable. Clean. Parking can be challenging within the parking structure. Tight access. Only one complaint pot and cooking pans are old. The cook pans are rusting. Some pots are discolored and old. Need replacing

"It is a great location, just two miles from Pier Park. Great view from the 23rd floor. Nice balcony with comforatble balcony furniture. Both bedrooms were equal in size with comfortable beds. The beach was clean and beutiful, and it was nice to have the complimentary chairs on the beach. Thanks for a great stay."

"The condo was clean & beautiful. The balcony was our favorite place to be. You can see and hear the ocean perfectly. The table on the balcony was the perfect spot to eat while enjoying the scenery. There is no grilling allowed on the balconies in the condos, but there is a grill/grilling area available on the 1st floor with a view of the beach. The room also had a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and sand stuff to borrow and take down to the beach. Each room had their own TV for downtime after a busy day. Throughout our stay, we spotted turtles, stingrays, and even a small shark while looking out off the balcony. It is a great place to stay. Highly recommend this beautiful Gem."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tropic Winds. The condo was clean and welcoming, exactly as shown in the photos. The balcony, accessible from the living area AND the master bedroom, is the pièce de résistance! Sleeping with the balcony door open is an absolute must. The beach attendants were friendly and pleasant and helpful with the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach and sunset views were breathtaking. The main strip, as well as several shopping centers, is just a short drive away (not walking distance). The only issue we experienced was that the parking passes were not left out for us. However, I left a message for the host and received a prompt callback. The issue was quickly resolved as the parking pass was in a kitchen cupboard. In the meantime, the building management ticketed my car (they wasted no time). A minor inconvenience that was also quickly resolved. I'd also like to note that we requested a date change 8 days prior to our arrival date, which was declined."
