Spend your vacation in Turquoise Waters. Turquoise Waters is a newly remodeled 4BR/3BA home in Villages of Crystal Beach that sleeps 11 guests. Enjoy a spacious open floor plan and wrap around balcony. The second-floor master suite has a king bed and En suite complete with walk in shower and garden tub. Guests also can enjoy larger beds from a king in the first-floor guest room, to the two queen beds located in the second guest bedroom. An additional bedroom has been added in the loft with a twin over queen bunk bed. A laundry room is available in the home for guests. 2 parking spots are available in the driveway and additional overflow parking for one extra vehicle. The 30,000 sq. ft. lagoon sized pool will blow you away! The neighborhood is about 900 yds from Crystal Beach, and there is a free trolley in the summer to take you to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day): they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon style zero entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.
Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are three parking spaces available in the driveway of the home with an overflow lot for one additional vehicle. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and watersports!
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"Everything was great!! - Property was everything expected and more. Comfortable bedding, clean bathrooms, great kitchen space for cooking meals daily, nice living room and dining space. Loved sitting on balcony listening to music and talking with neighboring guests. The house had a corn-hole game that my husband, sons and grandkids played daily. "Perfect!! - Loved everything about our stay at Turquoise Waters! Described precisely. Beautiful pool very close to house. About a 7 min walk to the beach. We would drive due to having lots to carry. We’d park in the parking lots using the passport app for $5.00 a day. The walk is a tad long if you have tiny ones. It would have been nice if golf carts were allowed. Be sure to eat at Boschamps."

"Spring Break Success - This house exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival it was super clean. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is well kept and organized. The living room and kitchen is perfect for gatherings and meals. The beaches are all within a 3 minute uber ride, and not to mention a FREE shuttle is provided to one beach across from the crystal villages. Our friends and us agreed this will be our spring break spot going forward.
Two things: despite the cockroach reviews, we saw none, but this is expected when vacationing down south. Also, a friend left behind a bunch of clothes in a drawer and will not be getting them back after several attempts of contacting realjoy, so please make sure you check all drawers before you leave!"

"Best Bet - It was awesome! We took our 2 teen girls (13 &15) and their friends. Each set of us had their own living space, as well as bathroom. I go to be early, so I was able to head upstairs where the Master is tucked away, and sleep without hearing a peep. The Master is HUGE with a HUGE bathroom and a balcony. The other room/bathroom upstairs is across the hall. Our teen group who stays up latest were in the bunk bed bedroom with a Queen on the main floor. It was perfect! The house was immaculate and noticeably newly remodeled. The great thing about this place when traveling with older kids (12+) is that at night they can wander over to the fabulous lagoon pool located across from the house after a day at the beach. Its location is perfect. Close enough to the house (30 second walk), but not too close. The house is located within 2 mins of EVERYTHING. Publix and Walmart were so close I could go frequently, as needed to restock for my hungry teens. The walk to the beach is 15 mins bc closer beach access is labeled 'private beach'. We didn't mind the walk, but there is a trolley if one didn't want to walk it. TIP for public beach access entry location: Look for Camille's restaurant on the main drag.....that is a public beach access entryway. Bring extra 13-gallon garbage bags for kitchen, paper towels, laundry detergent and you may need to bring more toilet paper, although I didn't need to bring any of the extra I brought. We brought plasticware & paper plates, and bottled beverages to cut down on dish/utensil use. Quiet neighborhood. Pool closes at 10p. Garbage pickup daily."

"Awesome house and time!! Highly Recommend!!! <3 - Rented this property for me and a few of my girlfriends to take a vacation and celebrate my birthday. It is in the center of everything: the beaches, water park, shopping, food, grocery stores, etc. The house is truly beautiful. It had everything we needed in it. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms, especially the Master, were highly suitable! The balcony outside of the Master was very comforting and I enjoyed sitting out there at night to enjoy Destin and relax. The neighbors were also friendly, and the pool/lagoon...OMG!!! Words cannot explain!! The listing description was accurate regarding the location, the photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities, the property was clean and well-maintained, Ms. Barbara was VERY helpful answering questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and/or relatives. Big Kahuna was fun, the beaches in Sandestin were nice, and Ocean Club food was DELISH! The house was definitely a highlight of my trip..and will always be a part of my birthday's experience. :)"
