"Loved our stay - We had a wonderful time. Weather was wonderful. We watched dolphins play for half an hour or more, several different times. We could see them under water and on top of the water from our balcony. The last day, we counted jellyfish from our balcony"

"Overall it was great! Location was good. Furniture was comfortable enough. Plenty of cups and plates. Just what my mom needed, right on the beach, patio overlooked the ocean. Only real complaint was that the kitchen items could have been cleaner. The actual kitchen itself was clean but the items inside the cabinets were a little hit or miss."

"We loved our stay at the apartment.. exactly as described.. large balcony..vast ocean in front to stare at.. peaceful.. spacious.. ample storage.. kitchen was packed.. large washroom.. my little one had a few beach toys that he enjoyed too..enjoyed every-bit of our stay.. would love to go back again."

"Nice location - Overall we loved this condo... The only downside was the people above us smoked pot morning noon and night.
The smell with the winds came directly into our condo. It was hard to sit on the deck and have coffee or drinks with that smell all day!"

"This was an Awesome experience, The Condo at Twin Palms 1401, was very clean, and well maintained. The view from the balcony was Absolutely Gorgeous with enough room for sitting or dining outside. The staff were all very courteous. Even though it was Spring Break, It was very Quite at Twin Palms. The Beach was Outstanding as well as the pool and Jacuzzi. Real Joy answered all our questions in a timely manner and we could not be happier with them. We walked to all the attractions and shops,( I believe the wife said 25 miles in 3 days). This was 1 of the best vacations we have had and will definitely be booking with real joy again. Thank You for giving Us a GREAT 30 yr Anniversary."

"We stayed at this property at the beginning of March ‘22. My family agreed that this was by far the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed at and we are huge sticklers for cleanliness. Check-in was easy and there was an ample amount of parking. Elevators came and went in a timely matter and the staff we encountered were super friendly. The pool area is clean and even offers a spa room that includes an indoor/heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Huge bonuses! We’ve bookmarked this places as one of our PCB favorites. We highly recommend!"

"Best Condo in PCB - My family have been coming to PCB for years. This year we had a short girls trip and were super pleased to discover this gem in one of our favorite condo buildings, Twin Palms. This is by far the best condo I have ever stayed in. The furniture was newer than what was in the VRBO pictures. All stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, beautiful patio furniture, huge smart tv in the living room, the sofa bed was actually comfortable and everything was SUPER CLEAN. Our only issue was that there was only one parking pass left for us and we never got the second one we requested. Since we were there during a slow time, we didn't get in trouble for only having a pass on one of our cars, but if it had been summer that wouldn't have worked. Overall, loved this condo and will definitely book again!"

"Great Unit - We are very pleased with this property and with our specific unit. We had a great time during our stay! The whole process, from booking the unit through check in and check out all went great. When we arrived at the unit shortly after 6 p.m. we found that the unit had not been cleaned. But, after a call to management, everything was taken care of very quickly and the unit was cleaned and ready for us. We are very pleased and would definitely book this unit again!"

"Spacious accommodations - Everything went smoothly with check in/check out. The property was clean, elevators, parking garage, ect. The condo was very spacious and look just like photos on line. The livingroom furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced, the pillows had an oder, the bedsheets on one of the beds were so wrinkled that we couldn't tell if they were cleaned or not."

"Short Weekend Trip. - The location was amazing! I gave a 4 out 5 on cleanliness due to a few dirty utensils in the draw. The rest was spotless. Wish beach chair rentals were included in the price, but rental was reasonable at 15 per day per chair. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic! We had an amazing trip. All us girls were super happy with this place's location to activities we wanted. A huge plus for us close enough to walk to pineapple Willis but far enough not to hear the partying late into the night. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great Place/Wonderful Owners - We loved our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for two small families to share. Walkable distance to Pineapple Willys. Great beach location that wasn't overcrowded. We had an issue with the toilet, called management company who sent someone quickly, when we returned to the condo the owners had put in a new toilet. No worries the rest of the trip. Thank you for having us. We will be back."

"Gorgeous view - The property was undergoing structural improvements, but it did not detract from our stay. The master bathroom toilet had flushing issues. There were dishes in the cabinets that appeared dirty so we had to wash anything before we used it. I found a washcloth that was left behind on the master bath counter by the cleaning crew I guess. The place feels spacious, comfortable and the large deck was a plus. It was still a very nice stay... the view is wonderful!"
