Welcome to Twin Palms 402. This beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo features savory gulf views from the large private balcony, living areas, and master bedroom. Start your mornings off right while listening to the sounds of the gulf and let all of your cares float away with a salty breeze. Prepare a scrumptious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the option on where to eat each day. The dining table seats 4 with additional seating for 4 at the bar or dine al fresco on the balcony while soaking in each moment of the day. At the end of the day curl up in the living room and play your favorite show on the flat screen TV. Wake up to an amazing view of the beach while curled up in a king bed which features dual sided adjustable mattress in the master bedroom. The master also offers balcony access and en suite. The second bedroom contains 2 queen beds and there is a queen murphy bed in the living room to allow up to 8 guests to sleep comfortably. For additional convenience a washer and dryer are located within the condo. Come start making memories at Twin Palms 402.

*LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1950 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.

Twin Palms offers fantastic resort amenities for you to enjoy during your stay on the Gulf Coast. Go for a swim in the community pool or swim a few laps in the indoor pool. Relax in the hot tub after grilling a tasty treat on the community barbecue grills. Spend a little bit of time in the sauna and steam room for some much-needed pampering. Walk down the private boardwalk and enjoy a sunny day at the beach.
