Upon entering this Panama City Beach condo rental, you will be greeted by large, floor to ceiling windows lining the southern wall of the living room serving up mesmerizing views of the dazzling turquoise water. This spacious condo also features a fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops and an open dining area.

The view can be savored from all points of the common area. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony and savor the view. Listen to the sounds of the Gulf and let all of your cares float away with the gentle breeze. The master bedroom suite contains a king bed, a full private bathroom and allows access to the balcony. Wake up to amazing view of the beach while curled up in your bed. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and comes with its own full bathroom. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations for your family members.

"Wonderful place and friendly renters - We enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was perfect. Wonderful view of the ocean. When we were down , a hurricane was coming through and the elevators were out for a few hours, but was quickly fixed. We understood given the weather and didn’t think anything if it but how fast it was fixed was remarkable. The renters had the process so easy , this was my first time using VRBO an the rental company and had a lot of questions but they assisted me and answered everything"

"We really enjoyed the condo! It was nicer than expected. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. The hot tub and pool were great when the weather was really windy and the beach was closed. It is an older building and the other amenities (sauna, steam room, indoor hot tub) we found a bit tricky to figure out. All in all, we’d stay again! The views were perfect and it wasn’t overcrowded. Neighbors were all kind and there is a cute little “library” on the ground floor with the elevators. You can borrow a book to read on the beach! Super cute. We’ll be back!"

"Very clean and plenty of space - The only issue we had was the mattress on king bed was very uncomfortable. The queen bed was also somewhat uncomfortable. I had read on a previous review that they would bring mattress toppers if requested. We called the day we arrived which was a Thursday around 4:30 and by lunchtime on Friday we had 3 inch memory foam mattress toppers that they even offered to put on for us. They definitely made our nights much better. There were no other issues with the property. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. The balcony was amazing with a great view. We would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice Balcony - We had a nice stay! The condo had a King in master BR, Queen bed in the 2nd BR, sofa bed, oversized chair bed, neither was comfortable. Furniture need to be replaced, sofa had burn holes, 2nd BR blinds were broke. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything which was nice and It was nice having 2 bathrooms. We also took advantage of the washer/dryer. There’s a lot of construction in the area, making it hard to get in and out the condo. It’s a great location if only they had the sidewalks finished. We actually walked to the Walmart one night. We had to park on the top deck because most of the parking was reserved for residents. No problems with the elevators. The weather was fine for the most part, the beach was awesome, clear water, no sharks😀�. Oh and the Balcony was fabulous with 2 entrances from the LR and MBR; I took several naps out there. I would stay there again. "
