The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This luxurious condo boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests with a King Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a Queen guest bedroom, and another guest bedroom featuring a Full-over-Full bunkbed. Journey through beautiful French Doors to your private balcony and enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or take a short walk to shops and eateries nearby. * Due to an HOA restriction the following are prohibited in this neighborhood: golf carts, LSVs, no large trucks (box trucks, etc), no boats, jet ski's/wave runners, boat trailers, or motorhomes. *
*LOW Monthly Winter Rates -Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $2150 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Monthly Rentals can be booked online and are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. *Rates are Valid for the current Snowbird season only. Next year’s rates are subject to change.*
The Village of South Walton has an amazing beachside village feel. Families with small children enjoy riding bikes up and down the neighborhood streets or just hanging around the Village green. Boasting a lap pool and a zero-entry community pool that's great for families with small children! Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. There is easy access to the private beach via shuttle. The complimentary tram runs regularly on a 10 minute schedule to the beach and shops. Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous.

Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
