Located directly on 30A across from Seacrest Beach, the luxurious Waterhouse complex consists of four floors with only 17 units total. Complete with amazing Gulf Views from the rooftop pool and hot tub, lounge seating, and community grills. A short walk across the street you will find the gated access to the beach. The onsite fitness center features LifeCycle treadmills, exercise bikes and weight equipment as well as a sauna and a steam room. Additionally you will find the newly opened Waterhouse Provisions+Bottleshop featuring a wide selection of wine, beer, snacks, ice, water, beach essentials, and special one of a kind gifts. The Big Chill entertainment complex is a short bike ride away (1.25 miles west) and Rosemary Beach is just 2 miles to the east.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:  

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.  

Just a short ride east and you’re in Rosemary Beach with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops - check out the open air markets on the weekends. Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
