"Beach Time - We enjoyed the condo just across from the beach entrance. Condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Loved the rooftop pool, on-site workout facility & great location to ride bikes to Rosemary. We also rode to the Hub & Seaside just a bit more of a ride. Plenty of room to dine at the condo as well. Loved the area as it wasn’t as busy as Seaside."

"Great Stay! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterhouse. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was right next to the beach access so we could easily get to and from the beach (which is important with 2 young kids). The pool was great too. It was not crowded at all. Short drive to Alys Beach and Rosemary, but without all of the crowds. We would definitely stay again."

"Great Condo - We really enjoyed our stay in Seacrest. This is a great condo. The location across the street from the beach is wonderful. We had easy access to the beach. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. The condo is spacious and nicely appointed.
The only drawback was the Wi-Fi. It is very spotty. Sometimes it worked fine and sometimes it didn't work at all. That was frustrating for my teenagers.
Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo."

"Great location! - This property provided everything we wanted and needed. Location location location! The location was excellent! I really cannot say that enough. The view from the balcony was superb and it was very peaceful and quiet at night sitting on the balcony.
All codes were provided in the guest portal prior to arrival. I would suggest taking a screenshot as service was spotty at times. There were adequate towels and toiletries. You will need to bring additional paper towels as only one roll was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with adequate dishes and appliances. Yes, some of the appliances are older but they worked just fine! In case you were wondering, grocery delivery is available at this location. We used Shipt and had no problems.
The beach is a very short walk across the street with private gate access. The chair/umbrella rental stand is just to the right once you get off the steps down to the beach. The attendant was able to place the chairs in such a way to keep us socially distanced from other beachgoers, although there weren't many present. Before booking, I was told Seacrest was a good option because it would be much less crowded than other beaches - that description was 100% accurate. Our group felt safe the entire time. The pool is on the 4th floor, easily accessed via elevator or stairs from this unit. While on the smaller side, we were still able to be socially distanced from the 3 other people present. The hot tub was a nice addition as well.
We did have a few issues during our stay, but nothing that would keep us from enjoying our quick vacation. The balcony sliding door lock apparatuses on the living room doors were broken, which made it difficult to open the doors. The cold water knob on the primary bedroom jacuzzi tub was also broken, which prevented us from turning the cold water off. We ended up calling maintenance, who were very quick to respond, but we were finally able to remove the knob and turn the water off by using a pair of scissors before maintenance had to send anyone out.
We definitely enjoyed our stay in this unit, and we plan to rent again in the future!"

Unit could have used a few more supplies. There was only 1 kitchen cloth and small towel, and very limited/small towels in the bathrooms. Bathrooms only had soap ~ other small toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) would have been nice. Also, there was not beach or pool code available in the unit. We had to contact the management when we needed these codes. Received text messages but couldn't respond or ask questions via text, which would have been helpful. Master bed only had 2 pillows. Extra pillows and blankets would have been nice.
Overall a beautiful property and nice space ~ would return."

"Great location for relaxing - This was our second time at this property (different condo 1st time). A perfect spot - just cross the road for quick beach access with optional beach chairs/umbrellas set up for you. Or head to the 4th floor for a pool with an ocean view. Pool is small but enough to keep cool and for kids to swim (not very deep so great for kids). We really liked to layouts of these condos with the balcony to watch the sunrise/sunset over the ocean - a great spot to just sit. Keep in mind there is a road in between the property and the beach, but the traffic was never much of an issue and there is a crosswalk where almost every car stops for you to cross. This condo was definitely stocked above average for kitchen equipment/pans/utensils and all seemed in good condition overall for what we used. Everything was very clean & I travel with my own spray cleaner & wipes - so it was even clean by my standards. It was great to have the washer & dryer during the trip. This unit was well furnished and decorated. I moved some decorative items out of sight to prevent breakage from my own children. The only thing I could say of any real negative is to bring your own bed pillows - they were really lousy. We traded with every room and ended up with a run to buy some. But other than that it was just about perfect!"

The condo was big enough so that no one had to be on top one another. The kitchen appliances were top notch- Viking. Accessing the beach was no problem as it was directly across the street. It is private and therefore there weren't a lot of people. Is ould definitely stay here again."

"We are obsessed with this place! - The minute we walked in we started planning our next stay here! It has the feel of a luxury beach house, but with the convenience of having everyone on one floor. The building is small and much quieter than any condo we've stayed in. It took us 30 seconds to get to the pool. It's right across the street from the beach, which is quiet due to private access. The decor is beautiful.
We had two young kids and two seniors with limited mobility in our group. This unit was perfect for us - right next to the elevator (but never disturbed by other guests), walk in showers, comfortable and sturdy furniture.
The only downside to staying here was the very steep stairs to the beach. My mom was able to make it down twice, but it was a challenge due to knee and back issues. We had brought a beach wagon, but needed to carry our stuff instead. Thankfully the view from the balcony was gorgeous and my mom was able to see and hear the waves from the condo.
Management: please add high safety locks to the balcony doors. Our five-year-old was strong enough to open the doors and our two-year-old loves to climb furniture. We were nervous to sleep in since they're early risers. This was the only concern we had with the unit and we hope it'll be addressed before we book our next trip!"

"Spacious, beautiful beach condo! - We stayed here for a girl's beach trip and loved the comfort of the beds, the beautiful beach decor and craftsmanship of this home. The kitchen /living area was our gathering place - it is enormous and accommodated everyone nicely. Even though we were located across the street from the beach, we still had a view of the ocean and it is a very short walk across the street. We loved it so much that we all agreed to return for future trips. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool."

"Very nice, clean, relaxing and convenient. - This was a last minute booking for us and we were very excited to get such a deal! Only were able to stay 3 days, but will come back for more. Very large and open spaces in shared living areas along with large and long balcony for porch sitting. A large kitchen workspace and granite countertop that was about 20 feet long (I'm not kidding)! Every kitchen gadget and utensil you could possibly use and several days' supply of coffee, dish washing detergent, paper products, etc. to get you started. Seemed very new and fresh from the furniture to the bedding. Great wide screen TV's with smart technology for the kid's to stream their shows over WIFI, remote controlled ceiling fans, to name just a few things. Master bath is huge and two other bath's very good size. Across from the street from the beach but a very short walk and access to private beach. I've walked farther before from condos that were ON the beach! AND you get a wristband that gives you access to 2 beach recliners and umbrella! (never gotten that before). So very, very pleased and will be back."

"Great Get away - Came to this part of Florida for the first time and will definitely come again. Lovely condo. Clean, convenience , updated with a great location on the beach. Easy access to the beach across the street via a private walkway down to the beach. . Enjoyed the rooftop pool !!! Also loved the Hot tub on the roof and sunset view from the roof We rode bikes to several restaurants and fun shops in the area. Think this condo is a good value compared to many others. Open living room kitchen dining layout. Two bedroom on one side of the living area. One bedroom the master on the other side of the living room. Nice appliances in the kitchen. Bathrooms for each bedroom. Two baths inside the bedrooms and one just outside the bedroom. Master bath Very spacious. Hangers in closets and places for clothes storage. Back porch stretches along the length of the unit and views of the ocean and comfy seating. Nice dining table size for games and eating. There are Ceiling fans and the AC was plenty cool. There is a nice washer and dryer. Had a great time here Loved shopping at Anne Hartley and eating at Cafe A30."

"LOVED this condo!!! FABULOUS view of the water! - What a terrific find! Home was perfect for our couples group. We each had our own lovely bedroom and bath. We opened the windows at night and could go to sleep listening to the waves roll in. The open air kitchen/dining/living made for fun eating, game-playing and late night movies. Our view of the water was spectacular. Each evening we would go up to the rooftop pool for colorful sunsets. Our days were spent exploring the fun seaside towns by bike, walking on the pristine beach, shopping and eating our way up and down the coast. The crab cakes and creamy grits at Cafe Thirty-A are not to be missed. We enjoyed a yummy breakfast in Seaside at Great Southern, sitting out on the deck and watching all the coming and goings of the shopping area. Terrific waitstaff both places. We would HIGHLY recommend Open Air condo at Waterhouse. It is centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside so you can enjoy the best that both of those beach towns have to offer. The unit has direct access to the beach. We also loved the fitness room. We can't wait to come back!"
