Welcome to At Last at Waterhouse, a luxurious 3BR/3BA condo located on 30A. This spectacular retreat boasts updated features including granite counters, beautiful wood flooring, and a large private patio. Relax in the master bedroom featuring a king bed and en suite bath with a separate shower and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Additional sleeping is available on the living room sleeper sofa, sleeping a total of 8 guests. The open living area features a flat screen tv and plenty of seating for all. The chef in the group will fall in love with the beautiful kitchen, complete with modern stainless-steel appliances and seemingly never-ending granite counters. The large dining table seats 8 with additional seating provided at the bar. You will be sure to enjoy private beach access across the street. Located directly on 30A across from Seacrest Beach, the luxurious Waterhouse complex consists of four floors with only 17 units total. Your vacation will begin with the elegant design of the large porte-cochere. A short walk across the street you will find the private, gated access to the beach. Waterhouse is complete with amazing Gulf Views from the rooftop pool and hot tub, lounge seating, and community grills. The onsite fitness center features LifeCycle treadmills, exercise bikes and weight equipment as well as a sauna and a steam room. Additionally you will find the newly opened Waterhouse Provisions+Bottleshop featuring a wide selection of wine, beer, snacks, ice, water, beach essentials, and special one of a kind gifts. The Big Chill entertainment complex is a short bike ride away (1.25 miles west) and Rosemary Beach is just 2 miles to the east.

Just a short ride east and you’re in Rosemary Beach with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops -check out the open air markets on the weekends. Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our extended family of 6. The location was excellent, right across the street from beach access. Pool right down the breezeway on the same floor was a plus. Short drives from Rosemary, Seacrest, The Big Chill, etc. would stay here again."

"This condo was a perfect fit for us! It’s clean, has great amenities and such a good location. Perfect beach access and even in prime time it was quiet and we didn’t fight lots of crowds. Also Having access to the pool/hot tub was so super convenient! There is also a great little store on the first floor of the condo which has great wine, sunscreen, towels etc! I called a host with a couple of questions and Alisabeth was very quick to answer and quick to help. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!"

"Our unit at Waterhouse (Unit 402) was amazing. The unit was decorated beautifully and well maintained. Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony and a great place to sit (balcony furniture is comfy and welcoming). The kitchen has all of the amenities you would expect in a unit of this magnitude. The master bedroom is spacious with a sliding glass door to the balcony. Master bathroom is great and a wonderful place to soak in the tub after a lovely day at the beach. The other two bedrooms/bathrooms in the unit are beautiful as well. The private beach access is great; however, note that the unit comes with two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. If you want additional chairs and a beach umbrella, the price is $50.00 -- therefore, come prepared if you need additional seating. The beach is beautiful with white sand and the gulf is an amazing blue. We plan to book again for next year. Highly recommend the unit and RealJoy is great to work with."

"We loved our stay and will return to this spot! Great amenities with the workout facility on the first floor and rooftop pool on the same floor! An easy ~1+ mile walk to Alys beach restaurants and shops. The beach and views were crazy beautiful and the room was very nice! Great value. One thing to note - Make sure the construction is complete before you check in because the instructions getting to the place were difficult because all door numbers were removed for exterior painting. We were punching in door codes at 1am from a long drive after work on our floor until we found ours. People probably thought we were breaking in! However, the construction was not a bother in noise or anything else. They were working during normal hours when we were at the beach. Mostly painting, no loud machinery. Looking forward to returning! Great spot and condo!"

"Overall, loved this condo and location! It was exactly as described. The master bed was very comfortable and the whole condo was very clean. It’s a quick walk to the beach with a private entrance and beautiful rooftop pool that we took advantage of! The pool and door codes were very long (like coordinates actually) so make sure to have your phone on you at all times or write them down. The only issue we ran into was finding a cart to bring our belongings up to the 4th floor. We ended up using our beach wagon. We didn’t see any carts during our stay, but maybe they were all taken at that time? Overall, didn’t interfere with our stay but worth mentioning. Also, just as a fyi for anyone visiting, Instacart delivers here. With kids, this was awesome! We’ll for sure be back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the Waterhouse condo. The unit was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen truly had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy evening cocktails. Top quality appliances and accessories. Plenty of space for 7 adults, everyone has a seat at the table or on the patio. Comfortable and private bedrooms. Plenty of parking. The private beach access right across the street was super convenient. The friendly beach chair guys down there will take care great care of you. The only minor negatives in my opinion: 1. The road noise from 30A can be bothersome while sitting on the patio. But only when outside. You can’t hear anything from inside. 2. The unit comes with 1 (one) beach chair setup, which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. So we had to purchase a few extra chairs and umbrellas to accommodate our entire group. This is mentioned in the listing, but I over looked it and I thought it worth mentioning again. Otherwise no complaints about the unit itself, it was really nice. Would stay here again."
