Welcome to The Lookout at Waterhouse, a luxurious 3-bedroom, top-floor condo with amazing Gulf Views. Step into the open-concept living area and immediately be drawn towards the wall of windows offering gorgeous Gulf Views. Out on the balcony you are provided with plenty of seating and a dining table to sit and simply gaze at the view. The living area features 2 large cozy couches to watch TV on the flatscreen. The chef in the group will fall in love with the restaurant-quality kitchen, complete with Viking appliances and seemingly never-ending counter space. There’s room for 8 at the main table and 5 at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a King bed, balcony access, and en suite bath with a separate shower and soaking tub. The 1st Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed with en suite bathroom, and the 2nd with two Twin beds, sleeping a total of 6. You will be sure to enjoy the complimentary beach setups (2 beach chairs, one umbrella, one side table) on our beach, located just across the street via private beach access. Located directly on 30A across from Seacrest Beach, the luxurious Waterhouse complex consists of four floors with only 17 units in total. A short walk across the street you will find gated access to the beach. The onsite fitness center features LifeCycle treadmills, exercise bikes, and weight equipment. Additionally, you will find the newly opened Waterhouse Provisions+Bottleshop featuring a wide selection of wine, beer, snacks, ice, water, beach essentials, and special one-of-a-kind gifts. The Hub entertainment complex is a short bike ride away (1.25 miles west) and Rosemary Beach is just 2 miles to the east.

The Hub offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.  

Just a short ride east and you’re in Rosemary Beach with shops and restaurants, including the Old-World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops - check out the open-air markets on the weekends. Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30 Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30 Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
