We know the property very well and as always it was wonderful. We brought our boat and used the boat slip. It has all the amenities that you could possibly ask for, beach, boats, pool and convenience to all our favorite restaurants. The condo itself is in pristine condition and was extremely comfortable. Definitely will do this again.

Location is beautiful. Very easy check in process. Excellent communication. Our only complaint which is very minor was they need to supply their guest with a better coffee pot to brew coffee. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We felt very comfortable and safe staying at this beautiful condo. The staff was very helpful and kind as well as the residents. We had friends that were also staying in Destin down the road from us and they tried to book a place here for another time this year but they were all booked up. Everything we wanted to do during our stay was convenient and close to get to including stores, food, shopping, beaches, boating, arcades and racetracks. We had a blast during our little girls trip. The heated pool felt great to be in considering the beach water was still a little cold for my liking. Had a beautiful view of the ocean and private beach. We will return!!

I wanted a nice place for us to be close to good dining, a pool, and fast access to fishing. The property was perfect for what we wanted. Very comfortable and lots of space for the four of us. The view of the pass from the balcony over looking the pool area was great. With our boat in the marina we had quick access to the pass and fishing. We only had one small issue during our stay and that was the sink disposal stopped up but the property maintenance man {Marcus} took care of it within minutes, We will be booking this property again if possible.

Very clean and spacious. This property is beautiful, with a very roomy balcony perfect for watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. The elevator is right beside this unit, but so quiet you don’t hear it. We loved it!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It lived up to its listing and so much more. Our air conditioning in our unit wasn't working when we got there but with the quick response of the owner our air got fixed very quickly. Very impressed by the quick speed of fixing our issue. The master shower Im in love with and ehosh i could take it home. Highly recommend this condo. The experience was amazing and we will definitely be back again.

The view was amazing and the complex itself was smaller so less crowded which was great. Only had 2 small negatives. First the WiFi was really slow and needs to be updated and it would have been nice if 1 of the TVs was a smart TV so we could have watched Netflix or something. Also the beds were a little firm for us but I understand that is a personal preference

This was a great place to stay! The condo was larger than expected with awesome bathrooms attached to both bedrooms. The balcony was perfect for watching the sun set and watching the boats pass through the inlet. Look forward to staying again!

Nice quiet neighborhood...a little bummer you can’t walk into the ocean but at the end of the road is access to the water perfect for little kids so you don’t worry about waves and currents because it’s in an inlet & there are plenty of public beaches if you want the waves! I rent frequently through VRBO ... but this property is the gem of gems. The condo itself is lovely. The layout is perfect - both bedrooms open onto the 30+ foot balcony and the Gulf. And, since the ocean in front of the unit is protected, the pelicans and a pod of some 10 dolphins entertained us every morning and evening with their feeding theatrics. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. :)

This was my first stay with vrbo and reeljoy property. The location was great. Tons of boat pass by window in bay. Fireworks display was right across bay on island. We were super close. Could not ask for more. Can't walk in water from beach at hotel but it is a short walk to put your toes in the water. I'm 44 300lbs and had no problem with the walk
