"Happy 50th Anniversary - Location is beautiful. Very easy check in process. Excellent communication. Our only complaint which is very minor was they need to supply their guest with a better coffee pot to brew coffee. We would highly recommend this place to anyone."

"All girls trip - We felt very comfortable and safe staying at this beautiful condo. The staff was very helpful and kind as well as the residents. We had friends that were also staying in Destin down the road from us and they tried to book a place here for another time this year but they were all booked up. Everything we wanted to do during our stay was convenient and close to get to including stores, food, shopping, beaches, boating, arcades and racetracks. We had a blast during our little girls trip. The heated pool felt great to be in considering the beach water was still a little cold for my liking. Had a beautiful view of the ocean and private beach. We will return!!"

"Perfect place for us. - I wanted a nice place for us to be close to good dining, a pool, and fast access to fishing. The property was perfect for what we wanted. Very comfortable and lots of space for the four of us. The view of the pass from the balcony over looking the pool area was great. With our boat in the marina we had quick access to the pass and fishing. We only had one small issue during our stay and that was the sink disposal stopped up but the property maintenance man {Marcus} took care of it within minutes, We will be booking this property again if possible."

"FANTASTIC/ BEAUTIFUL VIEWS - This condo was absolutely amazing. It lived up to its listing and so much more. Our air conditioning in our unit wasn't working when we got there but with the quick response of the owner our air got fixed very quickly. Very impressed by the quick speed of fixing our issue. The master shower Im in love with and ehosh i could take it home. Highly recommend this condo. The experience was amazing and we will definitely be back again."

"Great place - The view was amazing and the complex itself was smaller so less crowded which was great. Only had 2 small negatives. First the WiFi was really slow and needs to be updated and it would have been nice if 1 of the TVs was a smart TV so we could have watched Netflix or something. Also the beds were a little firm for us but I understand that is a personal preference"

"Best VRBO We've Ever Rented Anywhere - I rent frequently through VRBO ... but this property is the gem of gems. The condo itself is lovely. The layout is perfect - both bedrooms open onto the 30+ foot balcony and the Gulf. And, since the ocean in front of the unit is protected, the pelicans and a pod of some 10 dolphins entertained us every morning and evening with their feeding theatrics. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. :)"

"Beautiful property. Just like pictures - This was my first stay with vrbo and reeljoy property. The location was great. Tons of boat pass by window in bay. Fireworks display was right across bay on island. We were super close. Could not ask for more. Can't walk in water from beach at hotel but it is a short walk to put your toes in the water. I'm 44 300lbs and had no problem with the walk"

"Perfect for Couples! - We absolutely loved staying at this condo with both bedrooms having access to the HUGE balcony. The ocean is SO close, so all of our windows had amazing views. I will say that I don't believe this condo is good for children because of the location. You can't just wade into the ocean. The beach is set up with a rock border that separates the ocean from the beach. There is ocean access but you have to jump from the low wall. I just don't think children would enjoy it. As 2 couples traveling, though, it was perfect! Very private and uncrowded! We will be back!"

"Little piece of paradise - Beautiful condo! It looked exactly like the pictures! It was clean and beautifully decorated! Great location! Only thing we would have changed is not being able to get in the ocean without walking a short distance up the sidewalk to the public beach access. Our family had a wonderful vacation! We had the pool almost to ourselves a couple of days. We were close to everything! We snorkeled, did a dolphin cruise, rented a pontoon, and shopped. The week flew by. We plan on visiting again though!"

"Pictures are exactly right - This condo is exactly as pictured. Huge sliders across the back provide great water views. Both bedrooms open up to the big deck and have great water views. If you can leave sliders open at night it easy to hear the water from the beds.
This condo is across the street from a marina so if you enjoy boats it is fun to watch the boats come and go all day.
Harbor walk village is a 10 minute drive or a water taxi ride away.
WiFi is slow and Verizon’s service is poor along the water here. I had no trouble staying connected for casual use but using WiFi for work will probably not work.
Host was professional and room was clean and ready in time. Also had small quantities items such as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc...laundry is just across hall. Not in the unit but just a few feet away.
Beach is about 1/4 mile walk down the road where you would have access to the gulf. Sand you see in pics in on the water and accessible from condo, but there is no access to the water from this area. It is nice but again you cannot get your feet in the water.
Only negative is lack of beach access directly from condo. You cannot step onto the beach to take a walk like you can elsewhere. You will have to walk down the street a short distance to access the beach."
