Windward 604 at Edgewater- Sunset Dreams is a mostly carpeted stunning 1 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-front condo that is located on the Top/Sixth Floor (no moving furniture noises from above) in Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach. This beautifully decorated condo with fun artwork and with a homey slightly tropical feel sleeps 4 with a king in the master bedroom and a commercial-grade sleeper sofa in the living room. It is also complete with an updated kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony to take in the stunning views of the Gulf Coast. As an added bonus, enjoy over 35 free premium movie channels to watch on the flat screen TVs! Sit on your couch and gaze out of the West facing sliding glass doors to watch the amazing sunsets. Windward is only 6 stories high and shares a pool only with its twin building, designed specifically for providing a retreat of convenience, privacy, and relaxation. Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort amenities include: a half mile of private beach, Polynesian-style lagoon pool, eleven total pools, six reflecting ponds, Plexicushion tennis courts, four hot tubs, shuffleboard, on-site restaurants, a 9-hole executive golf course, and endless Florida sunsets. As this resort is extensive, there are golf cart shuttles to take you wherever you'd like to go. You'll find restaurants galore, like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Other restaurants are within walking distance.

"Relax and Enjoy it - The view, the beach, the apartment have everything you need great sunsets. You pay for resort fees but do not have chair available at beach or pool. The charge you for use umbrellas and chairs at the pool never have seen this before at pool, maybe at beach (but do not pay resort fee)"

"Highly Recommend - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Beautiful location, private balcony, fully furnished kitchen. A few days, we paid to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach and it was worth every penny. The bedroom stayed warm but they provide a box fan which we ran in the doorway and it helped. We hope to be back and would definitely stay here again!"

Fall Asleep To The Sound of The Ocean! - Great location - beautiful view; condo had everything you need; part of a large complex (11 pools/golf course, etc), friendly staff and gorgeous wide white sandy beaches. 2 min “commute” to having your toes in the sand (1 minute of that 2 minute commute for the elevator ride😜😜). "We LOVED this location! The beach was not packed like other beaches on both sides and the access to your room, beach, car and building pool were so convenient! The balcony is literally on the water it feels like and you can hear the waves so well! Everything was exactly as described. The only thing I will say is if you think you will be at the main resort lagoon area every single day it is not as close as you might think to this condo but will very easy to access."
