"Great Location & Property - We loved our stay! The house and location were great! It was a short, easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the private pool.
One complaint is it’s marketed as being a 5 bedroom home. One of the bedrooms is a side room off a master with clear French doors…so there was no privacy for the couple that stayed in that room. Would be ideal for a family and their kids.
Other than that absolutely no complaints! We had a great time!"

"We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and close to the beach- just a few minute walk. The only thing we weren’t 100% happy with is it was marketed as a 5 bedroom house. One of the bedrooms was actually a small room off the master bedroom - not its own room. It has clear french doors, so zero privacy. Would be the perfect setup for a family with kids. "

"Great Place to Relax - We spent a long weekend here to celebrate my friend's upcoming wedding. There were 8 of us and the house had plenty of space. Real Joy responded almost immediately when I had questions, but I didn't have many. The listing was very thorough and the property was exactly what we expected. We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay! I would definitely recommend them!"

"All Good - Property was advertised. Clean was the property, corners and behind of items could use attention. Bedding and dishware appeared to be freshly washed. Lawn was cut 8:00am sharp the second day of visit. Pool filter was full and pool water wasn't crispy clear. Could not smell chlorine nor could fine tablets for water treatment. Overall 7 out of 10.

"6 friends and I decided to take a vacation to reset after suffering great losses within our family and friends. Once we arrived in Destin there were a few unexpected hiccups along the way. I want to make it very clear that our host went above and beyond to make sure we were all accommodated, secure and happy with our situation. We are eternally grateful for the level of compassion, professionalism and support that was extended to us. Our vacation home was absolutely beautiful, warm and inviting. The private pool was delightful, the beach was super close and everything we could have possibly needed was at our disposal. This property is a must! There was plenty of room to accommodate all 7 of us. Clean, comfortable and pleasant decor. You won’t regret it! We will most definitely vacation here in the future! "Relaxing staycation @ Destin Beach House - This beach house was perfect in terms of location, space, cleanliness and décor. The kitchen was equipped with all the required utilities. The bedrooms were spacious. The pool was small though, but enough to relax. We were there for Hallooween weekend and hence the host was thoughtful to keep some candies for the kids along with a hand written welcome note. Access to beach is like only 3-4 minutes away. We had a good time with barbeque in the evening. Also kids loved playing in the community Tennis and Basketball court. Winn-Dixie and Publix was easily accessible within 3 miles. Morning walk by the beach is a good start.
This is the perfect spot to simply relax. If your looking for easy, relaxed, and still be eventful; then be sure to visit Boardwalk in the evening. You will love it!

Note to those traveling with other couples/adults, two twin beds are located inside the sitting area of the master bedroom, it does have a glass panel French door for some privacy. Also, the room with bunkbeds is more suited for children."

"Great for groups! - We really enjoyed our stay! The check-in process was very easy and the location is nice. The walk to the beach is not too bad, but it definitely helped that we brought a wagon. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. We liked having a private pool as well."

"This beautiful beach home provided us with great memories for our girls trip—fun in the sun!! - We absolutely loved the pool and big main floor gathering space. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach and even some cool bars/restaurants. Even though the neighborhood was big and right by the beach, it was so quiet when we were outside. There were a ton of pool floats/toys provided. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were all very comfortable!
The outdoor pool entrance/gate area was a little rough on the bottoms of our feet, but you can solve that by wearing flip flops—so no big deal at all. Other than that there was nothing to complain about this beautiful beach home!"

"Great house in a convenient location - Property was very clean with plenty of room for everybody (4 adults and 3 kids). We really enjoyed the pool and it made grilling out even better. Short walk to the beach and there is a small parking area at the front of the neighborhood/complex that made crossing the street to the beach extra easy. Easy check in and out . "Beautiful home. Nice and private! - It was a perfect place w plenty of room. We do wish the pool was cleaner but we also know that it may have just opened as the weather prior was cool. The house is just perfect.. complete w everything u need. The cleaning crew could of done a tad better as there were a few things that needed. But other than that i would totally go back"

"Well kept property convenient to the beach - This home provided everything needed and more in a beach vacation. Often times you will not find a house with a private pool in this location, and in close proximity to all that Destin has to offer. Great location, layout and overall vacation stay! "Sandy Bottoms - We had two families for a quick beach getaway. This house was more than sufficient for our needs. It had enough of space for gathering and privacy for each family. We enjoyed having the kitchen, large dining table, and lots of deck space. The location is prime in Destin, close by to Captain Dave's and the Destin Commons mall. Overall a good experience"

"Perfect Get-A- Way Home - Our family enjoyed our week together in Destin and loved "Sandy Bottoms". The property was well equipped with everything needed to enjoy the pleasures of home while being away. There was 12 total, that included 3 children, and we had space for everyone. The pool was the kids favorite part and the beach was only steps away. The beach was gorgeous with its white sand and clear blue water. We would definitely recommend Destin and "Sandy Bottoms"."
