"The condo at Aqua was just as described online and was perfect for our family vacation! The condo was clean and had a great view of the beautiful beach. It was near Pier park for a little shopping and eating at some great restaurants. The check in and check out instructions were communicated and easy to follow. The only cons were a couple plugs not working, the balcony was smaller than some places we have stayed, and you are only allowed 2 cars for parking. The parking is the same at many places though and makes it a little hard if vacationing with adult kids that have to make the drive at different times due to work schedules. Overall we had a great stay for our family vacation and look forward to staying again."

"Great vacation - We got in with no problems, basically only had to drive to get supplies for room, so much within easy walking distance. I felt safe throughout trip and resort is very freindly and guests were all neighborly. Leaving was simple. Missed a hurricane, weather was great, yellow and red flags, some jellyfish were present. We will be back."

"The stay was great! The beds were okay, sunk in and kind of hard. But was a place to sleep. Check in was fine. Call security before you get there. The code that is sent to your for the gate code, pool, and fitness access was incorrect for us. When I called security like it says to before you arrive, they gave us the correct information. All in all it was a good stay. The view is absolutely breathtaking!"

"Amazing view amazing place we loved it and would stay again - Due to Covid there was no breakfast that Iwas aware of . The location on the beach was perfect . I wish we could have had the beach chairs included . We loved it . Location to everything in Panama City was spot on right where it needed to be we didn’t have to go far for anything.
The only thing that was problematic was the elevator at times there is only one elevator working for all the floors that we had to go up other than that the state was amazing I absolutely loved it"

"Close to Pier Park - We picked this property for it's location to Pier Park as we decided to do a last minute fly in trip. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants, shops and even Walmart for groceries. The pools were great and the beach was even better! The staff keeps the grounds clean and tidy! This unit worked perfect for our "girls trip" We had plenty of room, a great view off the balcony and everything was nice and clean and tidy and plenty of towels and dishes! This is a unit we would definitely re-book for our next trip!"

"Great property - This property was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I do wish that the shade in the master bedroom came all the way down. "Our quest we booked the unit for loved it! - This rental was for 2 VERY special quest coming to our church!!
First I would like to thank the reservation and on site staff people! They were more than helpful and courteous!!!!! Thank you for meeting us and allowing us to leave a welcome basket, coffee and breakfast for the next morning for these very special quest!
I will give you a small tour.. 🙂 I highly recommend this unit!!!!!
The view from the front is amazing, you can see the dolphins at Gulf World jumping out of the water, the Sky Wheel and over view of Pier Park I'm sure was beautiful at night and the helicopter that gives rides over the gulf, a resturaunt and gift shop are right across the street. The unit is beautifully furnished "not crowded with bulky furniture" very spacious in the living area and bedrooms, love love the flooring and upgraded appliances!
The view from the balcony...again amazing you can see the Pier, "perfect spot to watch the fourth of July fireworks" !!!!! Our guest LOVED thier unit, although they didn't have time to enjoy the many amenites, they said overall everything was very accomindating and beautiful.
The church Elder that came with me as myself are in the cleaning industry , so of course we looked at many things and in area's a guest would not normally notice. This unit was very clean top to bottom!!!!!
This was my first time booking a VRBO, the Real Joy Reps again went above and beyond to help me with my many needs and calls! To the cleaning staff perfect job and to the owner you have a beautiful unit in a perfect spot!!!!
