"We felt right at home once we arrived. The property is new and well kept. Very spacious ans has everything we need. Its a short ride to the beach. We had agreat time staying here with our family and friends. It is exactly whats in the photos. "This house is beautiful and can host many people without any problem. The house is clean and have everything you need for your stay. We were a total of 9 people and we slept comfortably. The only thing I didn’t like was one of the bunk beds is squeaky.
Also, there was a bad odor coming from the garage and I think it is because the trash cans are placed inside the garage. Other than that everything was great. The walk to the beach is approximately 15 minutes walk."

"The house was beautiful and clean and spacious. Few blocks from the beach. The only problem with the house were the gnats that were inside of it from the moment we checked in. Did contact host regarding gnats and we’re only given an apology stating “it was the time of the year”. There’s a way to control the gnats I would think by setting traps on the top of the shelves in the kitchen where it would have been very discreet and no one would notice them. That would be my only issue with this house."

You are like 15min walking distance to the beach.
The pool is about 5-7min walking.
The house was very clean, ac working perfectly.
We needed more pans to cooked and got them delivered next day, the service was amazing like super fast.
The house needs a little bit mor utensils like clips for the grill.
The beds are comfortable.
The bedroom with the multiple beds only one odd the beds make a really hard noise when you move. (Not to comfy)
The other bedrooms were great.
The patio area has a great space.
You will love this place.

"The place was great, dont get me wrong. The communication from the property management company wasn't the greatest, it would say that they typically respond in an hour, send a message at 4PM and dont hear back till the next day at noon, and they still didn't answer the question. Also it was unclear as to whether we had to walk to the public beach access, as we were given beach access codes but not told where to use them. Again place is beautiful, clean and amazing."

"Only 2 real complaints were, the secure gated community we were in, the entry gate was almost always broken and open, and they switched our private entrance to the beach, a block away, without communicating it. Hosts were great about getting us up to speed with everything when we called. Place was clean, cozy, and quiet. Would rent again."

"Week vacation - House was very clean and easy to find. Couldn’t find the community pool, the beach is not walking distance in my opinion but about a 3-5 min drive. The instructions were to take all trash out but the trash can outside was already full from previous guest. More trash pick ups needed. House is fully equipped what everything you need , if you have a big family I suggest bringing extra towels, wash cloths, dish soap etc. overall stay was nice and restaurants not too far away."

"Just what we needed… - This property and neighborhood were exactly what we were hoping for!! This is a beautiful home nestled into a VERY nice neighborhood.
My husband and I, along with our 4 children, shared this house with both sets of grandparents, an older sister, and a nephew. There was plenty of space for us to both spread out and retreat to our own rooms when desired, or for all of us together for a family meal, which we did MANY times.
The kitchen, living, and dining room was more than enough space for the 12 of us, and it was beautifully appointed. It’s a really big, spacious room, the pictures don’t do it justice in that regard.
We rented bikes for our stay and enjoyed many leisurely rides along the Main Street. It runs adjacent to the beach, which took our breath away every time we saw the emerald blue water. We also enjoyed cruising around the neighborhood a lot, along with hanging out in the back and side yard. We grilled out, tossed footballs and frisbees around, and thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood just as much as the house itself.
The ONLY drawbacks were:
-not ideal storage space in the bedroom with the queen bed. There was no dresser, but a huge closet. Just made for an awkward set up in terms of feeling “settled in”.
Also, that room didn’t have a TV, and neither did the room with bunk beds. Not a deal breaker at all. My husband and I rarely watch tv, and the kids didn’t need to, but it’s a nice option when you’re on vacation.
An extra nightstand in a couple of the rooms would have been wonderful as well. Just another one of those things that help you to settle into a space.
Overall, we would DEFINITELY book this house again, especially if those slight changes were made. It was a wonderful home, neighborhood, and experience!!"
