Welcome to Bahama Mama, a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome in the Woodland Shores community, only about 500 yards from the sugary white sands of Miramar Beach. Upon entry, you will be greeted by an open-concept living area with a new sectional couch, a dining area, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long beach day or enjoy a meal with your crew. Upstairs are two bedrooms; a master bedroom featuring a king bed and a guest bedroom with a queen bed plus a full over full bunk bed. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also gives you access to the private covered balcony. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit! Take a short stroll to Pompano Joe's, which is also where you will find public beach access. Bahama Mama is a wonderful way to spend your vacation and you will surely enjoy your stay!

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Located in Miramar Beach, Woodland Shores Complex contains a low-density community of two-story townhomes, with less than 50 unit's total. All townhomes have private balconies and patios. The community offers shuffleboard, an outdoor BBQ area, a community room, and two community pools (one heated). You will find beach access within a short walk at the famous Pompano Joe's restaurant. Woodland Shores is also a short drive away from incredible shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.

Area Attractions: 

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
