Beach Rx is a beautiful 5BR/4BA, 3-story home located in the exclusive Villages of Crystal Beach neighborhood. The first floor boasts 10-foot ceilings and 8-foot doorways and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table plus breakfast bar. There is a king bedroom on the first floor, a queen bedroom and a king master suite on the second floor, a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed on the third floor along with a second living space with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, allowing sleep accommodations for up to 14 guests. The master suite also features a private kitchenette/wet bar, a flat screen TV, balcony access, and an ensuite with a corner Jacuzzi tub! Enjoy your refreshments on the two balconies or relax comfortably in one of the two living rooms. This luxurious community is about 900 yds from Crystal Beach and includes a complimentary seasonal trolley service to take you to and from the Gulf!

Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day) they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon style zero entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.
Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.
Area Attractions:
There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and watersports!
Also close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"My family and I traveled from Texas(10 of us). It was my 1st time in Destin and we were located in the heart of it! The house accommodated all of us! It was as pictured on the site. The location was great. Large pool area that my 11 year old son really enjoyed. Staff was responsive, we were missing an armband and they promptly delivered it. We would definitely book again!"

"Online Listing - I was a little disappointed in my stay when it came to the online listing. I was thinking the two king suites where on the first floor because i had my mother and my disabled husband traveling with me and my family . I also was under the impression that the beach was a block away. instead it was more like three blocks away. but other than that me and my family enjoyed our stay were nice neighborhood."

"Before booking I read some of the other reviews so I was quite sure what to expect. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. It was in a great area with other condos/beach houses similar to it. It looks just as it does in the pictures. The house was sparkling clean. The listing did say there was enough parking spots for three but when we got there only two cars could fit but we were able to park one right behind the first to so that it was off of the streets. There was also additional parking a short walk down the street so it wasn’t too bad. We got that right in time to catch the shuttle to the beach the first day but we had to walk back which I originally dreaded but it was literally a 5 minute walk back to the house and we enjoyed site seeing. When we did catch the shuttle it came quick and there wasn’t any long waiting times. Two things you should know, the house is a few stories so at night when some of us were trying to sleep we can hear the others upstairs walking which wasn’t really a big deal for any of us but might be for some. Also, it took us a few minutes to learn how to lock the front door but once we were familiar with it we had no problems. All in all I would rate this place 10/10. We loved it so much I tried to book it for my birthday the same weekend we were there but it was already booked… bummer!"

"This house is located in the perfect place. Within walking distance there is a Publix, outdoor shopping mall and the beach! The home was very spacious and clean. The neighborhood was very friendly and the kids from the neighborhood actually came out to play with our children and shared their bikes. The pool was beautiful and heated. Overall great experience!"

"Home looks exaclty like pictures. If your going in a big group please know that parking is impossible around this property and you will be towed and who wants to deal with that on vacation. we had some minor issues but they were resloved in within hours of calling about them. Other than that everything was extremly relaxing and worth every penny!"
