Boardwalk is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.
At the end of Thomas Drive is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

"Unit Great - Property Not So Much - The unit was great, family loved it. The property as a whole was a let down by comparison. Has not been kept up (probably COVID related but still needs some work). The building was not as clean as the pictures, the Corner Market was never opened, the kids water play area and one of the two hot tubs were also closed for repairs. Weather was not great for parts of some days but the pool was left closed all day anyway, the afternoons were gorgeous and the kids couldn’t use the pool. The lobby and bar areas do not match the pictures anymore either, they have been left to deteriorate as well. Again the unit was great, it was completely as listed, the managing company for the building is letting their owners down. Would still rent again and wishing the HOA can do their part to correct the building issues."

"It was amazing. - I loved the fact that hours before checking in i received emails a well as text messages from the property/company in charge of the unit giving us all the information as well as amenities and things to do in PCB. The unit was cleaned, well organized and most of all with the pandemic there was no contact but also they made sure if any issues were to come up i had the property manager's and maintenance numbers in hand. Thanks for making this vacation a special one considering everything that's going on (covid-19).
