"Affordable Great Getaway!!!! - First time using this listing company as well as the first time staying at Calypso Resort. Highly recommend using RealJoy Vacations. Mentioned the reason for the last minute getaway which was my Wife’s birthday in our initial email. They had a small cake with a card in the room, awesome.customer service!! We enjoyed the resort and location. The room had minor wear and tear but that is understandable coming off the busy summer months. Still give it a 5 star review. Will be using RealJoy again in the future. "

"AMAZING Stay🌟 - This was the best experience to have it being my first time staying in a condo! Especially on the beach! I would say my only hiccup was the parking. The agency did not send the link for me to register and pay for parking and I had to call them upon my arrival. Outside of that, the unit was clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. I definitely will return!"

"Perfect spot - This is such a great location. It’s within walking distance of Pier Park and right on the beach. The property is exactly as listed, and it’s decorated so cute down to the tiniest detail. We stayed the second week of August so elevators were not a problem at all. The pools are great as well as the Tiki bar. Will definitely stay with them again!"

"Great location! - We enjoyed our stay at the Calypso. The location was great and across the street from
Pier Park. The condo was in good condition, just recommend bringing your own blender. Also, they need another set of elevators for the busy summer season. At the peak times throughout the day, you might be waiting for 10 minutes or longer for an elevator. We ended up taking the stairs down from the 8th floor a couple of times."

"Perfect - We were on the 8th floor. It was off season so the use of elevators was only a mild problem at checkin and checkout times. You have to pay a separate fee for a parking pass and scan it to get in and out of garage but there was no issue with parking. The view was perfect. The condo is spacious, fits four comfortably. Cute decor, nice furnishings. We cooked all meals - all appliances work fine. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware. Could use an upgrade on pots, pans. Two bathrooms definitely a plus. Beds slept fine, not terrible. Didn’t have to interact with much staff so not able to comment there. Overall was perfect for our needs. Literally almost across the street from pier park which is great for teenagers. Would definitely stay in this condo again"

"Great clean friendly condo - We took our adult family for a vacation. Check in was busy. We left and came back to unload luggage for after suggested check in time. That was the only extended elevator wait time. Liked the auto checkin without waiting at a front desk. My daughter helped load everything to my phone since I’m not tech savvy. Clean well equipped room looked same as pictures. Very friendly front desk. Only problem with room was kitchen light not working correctly and master bath drains were very slow. Wasn’t a big problem or we could have called and they probably would have taken care of it. Advanced notice that a/c would be down for maintenance one night. They did bring 3 fans o get us through the night. Next day a/c was down for additional 8 hours. We were out of the room so was not a major problem. We will stay here again. Clem friendly with pools cleaned every day. We felt safe with car in parking garage. Enjoyed the stay."

"Perfect Beach Vacay - The property was just as advertised. Light, bright, clean, and plenty of linens, kitchenwares, etc. Communication and check in was made super easy via text. We never needed a thing while we were there. The beach was clean, beautiful, and we loved the onsite chair/umbrella rentals. It made it so easy for us to run down and enjoy the beach every day. The pool was clean and refreshing. The tiki hut was a nice option for a drink during the day on the beach, or an ice cream for the kids. The parking garage was easy to access and use. Nice to have private, secure parking. The proximity to Pier Park is great. It made it super easy to walk over for dinner or dessert every evening. We will be back again."
