Unwind on the breezy porch and soak up the coastal ambiance. When the sun gets too tempting to resist, take a refreshing dip in the sparkling community pool, surrounded by lush tropical greenery. With a king bed in the master bedroom, twin-over-queen bunk beds in the guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely townhome sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. Take the short stroll to Seagrove Beach, check out the many local eateries nearby, or hop on the bikes and spend the day exploring Seaside. Get ready to create memories that will last a lifetime at 30A Imagine Ocean!
Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of townhomes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. Cassine Gardens is also within walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all that Scenic 30A has to offer.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.
Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

"We really enjoyed staying here (3 adults and 1 kid)! The place was nice and clean and easy to find. The washer and dryer being outside was a little inconvenient (mostly bc it was so hot/humid outside) but not a big deal. The bikes were great to have included and the distance to the beach was nice as well. We were able to walk or bike all along 30A and it was a lot of fun! The host was very communicative and also proactive in all the communications which was nice!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The townhouse is about a 5 minute walk to the beach! The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed from kitchen items to bath linen. We originally planned on renting umbrellas and beach chairs from the beach vendors after seeing the high price we used the ones at the townhouse and it was wonderful! There were even some beach toys in the townhouse. The location was really nice and we used the bicycles to get dinner. RealJoy was quick to respond with any questions or needs. We would love to stay here again!"

"Great little hidden gem! It’s nothing fancy - definitely an older condo, but this was in a very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach was SO fast. There are two neighborhood pools, an ice cream shop, a few restaurants super close by, and some cool little walking trails. We got by without a rental car - just rented bikes for the kids, and it was perfect!"

"Exceptional - I loved that it was clean, comfortable, modest, well-stocked and in a great location with nice community ammenities. It was not too fancy or too worn. It was exactly what we needed. We had a great visit to the area and were sad to leave.
I did not like that the added fees nearly doubled the advertised cost. The nearby construction and 30A road noise were noticeable in the early morning for those sleeping in the master bedroom."

"Very nice condo with great location! The unit was furnished with comfortable beds, large TV in the den and another one in the master bedroom, well equipped kitchen and was walking distance to several food places (we liked the Perfect Pig).
