"If you don't mind a short walk to the beach this is the place for you. The listing came with everything we needed: bikes, pool, close to shops and food, and most importantly the beach. The beach was a little crowded, but this was not a big deal for us."

"Our family of 6 stayed over July 4th week. Very clean. Rental came with 3 bikes, 1 which needed fixed and host was quick to respond and it was fixed by the next day. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Approx. 5 min walk to the beach, most of the walking is through the village which is nice and peaceful (with some shade). Overall just a beautiful place to stay."

"I'm a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and this place far exceeded my expectations! It was also a great location and had amenities just steps away out the back door such as a pool, tennis court, and 2 bikes. The place felt a bit private as it was kind of in the back corner of the units. It had everything in the kitchen I needed. A public beach was right across the road/short walk. The only negative I can say is the washing machine broke while we were there and I was unable to do laundry. They were responsive to my message, just unable to repair or replace the machine during our stay.
I would highly recommend this unit and would be sure to stay again if we're back in the area."

"What a great time and wonderful location! - We have visited Seagrove beach numerous times over the last 10 years. We love the location and have always had a wonderful time. This was our first year staying in Sandpiper and we were not disappointed. The little touches made such a difference from decorations to tennis rackets and bikes available for us to use. The walk to the beach was easy and the community pool was right around the corner. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Fantastic Place! - I LOVED this place! We have stayed on 30A for years and it has gotten so crowded that this precious, quiet little oasis was just what we needed! It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and more. I was so excited about the chairs, umbrellas down wagon for the beach. The nature trails were a beautiful bonus as well. Would definitely recommend!"

"Perfect for family of 4 - We really enjoyed our stay. The cosmetic updates in the townhome were very nice and it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the owners kindly allow use of beach chairs and a wagon for convenience. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect for family! - We had a fantastic time at this condo. It was just the right size for our family (two adults and two children). I liked that the short walk to the beach and that they had everything we needed for fun at the ocean (a wagon, sand toys, and chairs) in the outside, front closet. The condo was very clean, but the only negative was that there was someone else's hair on and around our sheets when we arrived. I think it just didn't come out in the dryer. Oh well!"

"Girls Trip - We've been staying on 30A every summer for 14 years. We usually stay in a Cassine Garden condo because we like the neighborhood and feel safe there. This was one of the 2 best we have ever rented in Cassine. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Well stocked with towels also. Owner/mgr very helpful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again."

"On Point! - The townhouse is exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was relaxing. The beds were very comfy. We liked the location: close to the tennis courts and pool. Nancy, the property manager was very helpful when we were having issues with the air conditioning. She communicates quickly and effectively. We've been coming to 30a for 18 years and so disappointed to see that the beaches have become very crowded due to private property owners claiming their part of the beach which in turns limits places to set up chairs. We did however, go to the local state parks that have beautiful beaches and not so crowded. But all in all this trip was still a great family tradition. Thank you."

"Property was beautiful--- teniss courts and pool right outside backdoor. - Would stay here again in a heartbeat--- wish there had been a pizza pan, but made do. Not at all very far from the beach ! - This place was Awesome! the only complaint is that I wish the Laundry room was inside but if thats the worse thing... I and my wife can live with that! It had a pretty tech savvy convenience factor. Like Free wifi/ no key needed for the door as it comes with a code they text you the day of/ smart tv with Netflix already on it! So it had all the amenities needed to be Comfortable! They layout was very Nice and stylish! the owners did a good job of making very Homey feeling!
