"Walk straight out the back door and right out to the beach. Very convenient. Condo is near pool. Other guests did not observe pool hours or control their volume. Condo decor was dated but we were there for the beach. We’ve stayed in Crystal Villas over past 20 years. Great place & location. "

"Great Stay - We had a wonderful time and absolutely love the location. We will definitely be back to this location. Our only complaint was that beds not being comfortable at all. Everything else was absolutely perfect but my 17 year old slept on the couch and my 15 year old made a bed on the floor. My husband’s had multiple back surgeries so he didn’t sleep well in the master bed. Everything was perfect except for the mattresses were horribly uncomfortable. The location was perfect for beach lovers. The kitchen was perfect for cooking small meals in. We spent and evening at the pool right outside the door and it was a nice evening. We absolutely loved our trip just wish we could have slept better while on vacation."

"Little slice of heaven - I live on the Alabama Gulf Coast near the beaches, but Florida beaches by far are the prettiest and this little place snuggled amongst other places to stay is isolated away from the heavy crowds and tourists. Perfect place for relaxation. Definitely want to try to stay here again."

"Best Anniversary Vacay! - We enjoyed our stay with my husband for our anniversary! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us on this special occasion! The view was breathtaking and overall everything was wonderful. Only thing i noticed was when we turned on the kitchen lights during the night 2 roaches appeared on the counter but other than that we loved our stay! We will be definitely be coming back. "Quick access to the beach! - Literally 5 steps and you're on the bridge across the sand dunes. We didn't want to have to hit any elevators or go across streets to get to the beach, so this place was a great answer to that."

"Awesome location right on beach - Check in/ out was very easy and convenient. Great location, especially with smaller kids. Didn’t have to walk far to get to beach. Having washer and dryer was so nice to wash beach towels. Overall, I would recommend this place."

"I can stay here forever... - I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The kitchen was FULLY equipped, the rooms/bathrooms were clean, the beach access was WONDERFUL, there was ample parking space, etc. For the price and location, I thought this place was a great deal. RealJoy also provided some offers, such as 1 free adult admission to a dolphin cruise (which we used and it was awesome). I did notice the sewage smell from the bathroom that others mentioned, but I only smelled it during certain hours in the daytime and even then I barely noticed it unless I was in the bathroom. I hope to book here again in the future!"

"Great condo - This condo is located in an ideal spot. Its within blocks of stores and restaurants, yet is beachfront. Its a short drive to the harbor where you can take a dolphin cruise, fishing charter, parasail,etc. The only thing to complain about is that there is a sewer smell that comes up in the morning. We found if you close the bathroom doors, its not that bad. They do not allow you to use your own grill unless you take it to the patio where their grill is. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return someday soon."

"Perfect spot for some relaxing beach therapy! - This condo is located right on the water steps away from the beach. Was very convenient and easy to go to and from beach. We listened to the waves at night with the door open and played at the beach all day. We had our own little private beach that was reserved for crystal villas and chairs were set up with an umbrella for us everyday. Condo was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. Perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation!!! Can't wait to go back !"
