"me and 7 of my friends travels once a year for out get together. we stayed at this property for 7 days. the staff from real joy was amazing! detailed information few days before arrival. the place is amazing well kept and well maintained. the staff was available 24hrs. minor issues we told them . the fixed it as soon as possible. it’s also centrally located to everything. mall , tons of restaurants, and groceries are just mile away. and the beach is walking distance. we just have a little suggestion. we thought denting up the bed with bedding and pillow will make the place more homie and more welcoming.. instead on just leaving all beds naked . but still location the whole house and the staff of real joy was 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Spectacular - The home was amazing, clean. It had everything we needed and within walking distance to the beach. When we first arrived the A/C wasn’t worked and they came right over and fixed it. Would highly recommend staying here. We will return. 😊"

"Weekend Get-A-Way - Great weekend with family and friends celebrating my son before his wedding in October. Had a large group and the house set up perfect with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great pool area and short walk to beautiful beach. Just outside the community gates you have everything you need from groceries to several restaurants. "

"The property and location was nice but I was disappointed in the items provided. I would say to not only bring beach/pool towels but also bring your own bath towels. the one per person they provide are very small & cheap feeling. MAKE NOTE: they do not provide any essentials that you would typically find in air BNBs. no shampoo, conditioner, soaps etc. Also they provide 1 dishwasher tablet, a dish soap, limited toilet paper/paper towels & I think 1 trash bag. Also there are NO cooking essentials like oils, salt or pepper you will need to brin/ buy anything you plan to use. the provided cookware is very cheap and limited. As a host myself I take notice of this as I always want the guest to have all the basic essentials you need. when heading to the beach/pool resort I would love to have towels provided. Again, its a nice place to stay but for an extra $10 costs to the host to provide these things it would have made my much better, I don't like having to go buy these items."

The decor was exquisite and the pictures online showed exactly what it looked like inside but only it was nicer than the pictures could show! "We had a great time at Destin and RealJoy was part of the reason. The service was excellent and always ready to help. The only thing about the property that has nothing to do with RealJoy is that the community is not great for families. Seems like most people rent properties among many families, leaving the cars everywhere, dropping garbage in the street, it’s noisy at night and a lot of mariguana, at a point that for moments you smell it everywhere. I don’t know if RealJoy can take care of that, but if they do it would be something to fix asap."

"The location of this place is amazing, around 10 min walking to the beach, a shuttle service to take us there and back just a call away, a private pool for residents of the house complex, overall, awesome place to stay.

"Family Trip - Our 3 night stay was great aside from some linen issues we had upon checking in, however the maintenance guy Jake was very responsive and solved this without hesitation. This location is close enough to everything if you want to do a little shopping. The complimentary shuttle to the beach is also a plus. We would definitely stay again!"

"Nice beachy spot - This place was exactly as the images pictured. It was a beautiful stay and pretty well located. My only recommendation is to possibly get some new sheets in the master as they’re pretty stained and we didn’t feel comfortable using them. Otherwise, the place was absolutely wonderful"

"We loved the house and the area. Having two young kids (both under 5), I was super impressed to find things like toys and a baby gate. The baby gate was a life saver, we didn’t bring ours and I had anxiety over our youngest on the stairs. The only thing we didn’t like were the houses around us, but it didn’t affect the rating of the house as you can’t control the neighbors. We just happened to be there at a time where there were a lot of parties. I’ve obviously gotten old because I was frustrated with the noise at times (but luckily our kids slept through it)."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this home! The location is amazing for families- very easy walk to beach (less than 10 minute walk on residential streets, even with a 4-yr-old,) yet very quiet at night. The pool space is incredible and the small gated neighborhood was perfect for kids to rollerblade & scooter around.
Whole Foods is 2-minute drive, along with plenty of restaurants.
The house was set-up perfect, big bedrooms and an amazing bunk room and tv/game room for kids.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Lovely property! My friends and I went down for a wedding that a majority of us were in and we were very pleased with the location and accessibility to the beach as well as nearby stores. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, maybe about 10-12 min (I would say not the easiest with little kids). We are all around 30 years old with no children so it was fine for us! The house was very accommodating and spacious. We all really enjoyed it and felt it was plenty big enough. We all travel and stay in Air Bnb’s and such fairly often and we were all impressed. The kitchen is a bit narrow and small-ish compared to the sizing of other rooms but nothing I’d complain about (just mentioning in case a large kitchen is a must for you). RealJoy was very helpful in helping switch our reservation dates when the wedding was moved and had prompt responses to any questions I had. Overall we very much enjoyed our experience and I would love to rent from RealJoy again!"
