Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. About Edgewater Tower:

You won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach! The resort has its very own golf cart shuttles that are provided to take you where you would like around the resort. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs, and a fabulous 11,500 s.f. You can lounge to your heart's content with a Polynesian-style, free-form lagoon pool with waterfalls and fiber optic lighting!  Edgewater has ten lighted, Plexi cushion tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a nine-hole Executive golf course on site and can provide access to Hombre Golf Club's 27-hole premier course.
