Welcome to the luxurious 4 story Gulf Front home, Emerald Dawn! Located in the prestigious Dunes of Destin gated community, this 8 bedroom 7 and a half bath home is family-friendly with stunning gulf views and outdoor front security cameras. Relax in the private plunge pool or at the beach from the home's private beach access. Enjoy many balconies or the back porch as you sip your coffee and watch the waves crash against the shore. On the first floor, you will find a guest room with 2 twin/twin bunk beds and a queen/queen bunk bed with a shared bathroom and kitchenette. On the second floor, you will find the living room and a new kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and a half bath. On the third floor, you will find a Master king room and ensuite bathroom and 2 guest rooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. On the fourth floor, you will find a Master king room with an ensuite bathroom 3 guest rooms with a king bed, 2 twin/twin bunk beds, and a queen/queen bunk bed. This home sleeps 20 comfortably. *Pool Heating - is available Seasonally for $50 per day. Please note that pool heat is available starting on the day you request it to be turned on and must be paid for for the entirety of your stay-no partial-day bookings. To ensure we can accommodate your request, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice before your arrival or the day you’d like the pool heated. This home is a few miles away from Harbor Walk Village. Here you can find waterfront shopping, paddle board, and kayak rentals, pontoon and jet ski rentals, parasailing, glass bottom boats, world-class fishing, pirate ship excursions, dolphin cruises, concerts and live music, weekly fireworks, live entertainment, an array of restaurants, including Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville and Harry T’s, to satisfy all tastes. You will be sure to find something for the whole family to enjoy!
Close by is Destin Commons, an outdoor shopping and entertainment venue, family and pet-friendly, where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground and a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including AMC Movie Theaters, Destin City Food Hall, and Top Golf.
This property is close to Big Kahuna's Waterpark, full of great splashing fun for the kids. It is a short drive to grocery shopping and some of Destin's best dining: the Pancakery, Crackings, Que Pasa, and Nothing Bundt Cakes!

"Family Stay - The home is fantastic and set up very well. We have stayed here twice and enjoy it very much. Glad to see the driveway was expanded and we could park 4 vehicles without hanging out in the road. The only issue we had was the clothes dryer. It took over 4 hours to dry a single load on either dryer. Not sure if it was us of the dryers. "

"The house was perfect for our family, we enjoyed the view and access to the beach. It's a huge place with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and living space. A lot of stairs but the elevator helped bringing our bags up and down. The access to the beach is a huge plus and the location with gated community feels safe and special. I'd definitely recommend this location for big families or groups. We enjoyed all the 5 days."

"Amazing views from an incredible house! Everything was as the listing showed. Host was very responsive and helpful. I have zero issues with the host or property. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it is massive. 14 of us were there for my wife’s 40th birthday and couldn’t have had a better experience. "Family Vacation - Everything was great during our vacation. Everyone was accommodated and comfortable. The location of this house is convenient. We were able to enjoy a full kitchen and ate in our entire vacation other than our first night after arriving.
The only thing we experienced issues with were parking and the elevator didn’t work. "

"We had such an awesome time at this place! The house was super cozy, and the views of the Gulf Coast were just wow. We spent so much time just staring out at the water—it was that good. The food around here was delicious, with so many great spots nearby. Plus, getting around was a piece of cake; everything was really close.
