Grand Caribbean West 303 is an immaculately clean, recently repainted, top floor unit at Grand Caribbean West in Destin's Crystal Beach. It's a perfect spot for small families or couples to spend an affordable and fun-filled vacation.
This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo sleeps six with a queen bed in the master bedroom, hallway bunk beds that the smaller guests are sure to enjoy, and a queen sofa sleeper in living room. This condo is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, DVD player, and comfortable dining and living room areas. Enjoy the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico's shimmering emerald waters from your private third floor balcony. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Grand Caribbean West features a terrific heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grilling area, outdoor showers and picnic space. The complex has a friendly, helpful staff. Private, deeded beach access is directly across the street - less than a minute's walk from the building.
Area Attractions:
The complex is also just a few minutes' drive from all Destin has to offer, including go-kart rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing, parasailing, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center, and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Several outstanding restaurants are within walking distance, including one of the most highly regarded in Destin, 'The 790 Cafe' located at The Inn at Crystal Beach and 'Beachwalk Cafe', rated one of Destin's best by Florida Trend Magazine. Grand Caribbean West is also within walking distance of Destin's famous Crab Trap restaurant.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The property was close to shopping and dining establishments but far enough away that you didn’t get the crowds of people. "Beautiful, peaceful retreat - My dad and I had our first father/daughter week-long vacation and we had such an amazing time. The unit we stayed it was clean and bright and offered us everything we needed for a wonderful time together. "Beautiful! - This place had everything we needed. It could use a little update but that is really not a necessity. I had no problem with the codes to get in the apartment. "Very close to the beach! Comfortable and well maintained with no problems during our stay. - We were close to all the main shopping and public beaches with private parking and on site private private pool. The Kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans but did lack- simple items like salt and pepper. Would recommend bringing extra items from home like soap and extra dishwasher tabs. Having your own washer and dryer was great-- would recommend bringing laundry products for small loads. There is a BBQ grill outside but with the cost of buying briquettes for maybe a one time use could not justify buying a bag. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting Destin again."

"Great Location !! - My family & I had an amazing time here. The house was very comfortable & affordable we did not want to leave! The condo is fully equipped with everything you need.The location is great a five minute walk to the beach & all the great restaurants are very close by! We will definitely stay here again!! "Perfect - We stayed in 303 with our 4 children ages 5-8. It was the perfect amount of room for us. It was SPOTLESS when we arrived. The only problem was there was no DVD player in the living room. After a quick email, someone knocked on the door to deliver one. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!"

"Great Place ! - We just got back from the most wonderful family vacation ! This was our first time to the Destin area and I am already looking into next year . Our kids loved the condo , and especially the pool . We met new friends during our stay . The condo was clean , efficient and just what we needed ! Washer and dryer were a HUGE plus . Barbara at REAL JOY was so great in helping to book our vacation !

"Great vacation!! - Was very happy with the condo unit, building and facilities. The unit is exactly as described, we had one of the best views of the ocean. We could even see the dolphins playing in the surf from the balcony. The balcony is awesome, double doors open up and give a nice ocean breeze and can hear the ocean. The place is very clean, bright and cheerful. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pool and hot tub is a great area to meet and visit with other families on vacation. We went during spring break and this is a very family friendly area for people with children, it was quiet at night with no loud parties going on. Nice safe area for those who enjoy walking or jogging. We plan on returning."
